Remarks
This is one of the best college in Kannur district. Many of the students got ranks in university exams. Also this is an ISO 9001:2015 certified institution. And last year Civil engineering branch of this college is accredited with NAAC B grade. I love this college very much since my childhood. I never heard about bad thing about this college. So I thought it is better to study here. If, I have opted for a government college, I won't be studying properly. Because freedom given by government college is very big. Here, but at vjec aka Vimaljyothi engineering college, freedom is not given at all. But each and every faculty is good. They will teach us until we get that concept properly. They are very friendly and kind hearted one. These all factors made me to choose this college for completing my degree course.
Course Curriculum Overview
Everything is fine.Am okay with everything. In this college the university is Kerala Technological University. Basically, they follow a tough syllabus. Actually the syllabus is not so tough. But students need to study a big concept within a short period of time. One will get no time for extra curricular activities for a long time. Before semester exam 4 internals are conducted. The toppers are given surprise gifts like free 100 photostats for notes and all. Teachers will help us in any situations. We have an industrial visit in 2nd, 3rd and 4th year of our degree course. Civil engineering students goes to place like dam, bridge, wood industry etc. Students from computer science branch goes to Infosys etc. Teachers like Dr.Sikha miss, Sreejith Sir are good with us and they teach well. Dr.Sikha mam is now HOD of Civil department. She is teaching Fluid and solid mechanics for students. Ans Sreejith Sir is handling Structures. I can't type everyone's name here.If I had an option like that I will be providing a bag full of teachers names.

College Events
Festivals are not celebrated properly yet.Even though the teachers are good, management is not at all good with students. They treat students like money making machines. They ask students for money for every fest. For arts fest, tech fest, student wants to bear the whole amount. Management is irresponsible. I would like to give a black mark for that.Arts fest is only celebrated until afternoon. Programs are conducted in several rooms separately. Sometimes participants may even don't know about from where the competition is held at. During both these fest only insiders are allowed to celebrate and enjoy the fest. No outsiders are allowed to come inside campus.
Fees and Financial Aid
Christian's are availed with so many scholarships. Jesus Youth is a program conducted by all Christian management colleges in Kerala. They are gifted with several scholarships. Those who score a better rank in KEAM Exam ( I have mentioned about that already) also get some scholarships. All OEC students will also be given Scholarship. It is not given by college management. It is given by government.
Campus Life
Sports facilities are good.WiFi is available inside campus. Library is big. Lab equipments are also of good quality. Digital library is also available here. The motto of our college itself is 'Where perfection is the tradition'.
