Remarks

Teaching staff is dedicated towards each and every student. Admission process is easier than any other institute if due to some reasons you couldn't submit your documents on time they will provide extension easily. Campus is huge and teaching staff is friendly. I use shiksha.com and collegedekho type of website while selecting this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

3

Biotechnology has a huge scope in future as it is a combination of biology and technology. In my own department we have a strength of about 120 students out of them about to 70-80 students attend the class and just like school time teachers are suppose to ask questions from anyone while teaching and I like this too much. Teachers aren't bound to there own area while dictating or explaining any topic they keep patrolling in the auditorium. Exams isn't as much tough bt the marking pattern is quite strict you will always get lesser marks than what you deserve.

Placement Experience

1.5

Placement facility is not as much good very less or no companies ever visited in our university for the selection. My personal plan after getting degree is to do post graduation from centralised university after that I will proceed towards embryology.

College Events

4

In campus we celebrate freshers party teachers day and many other occasions. We celebrate the programs are department auditorium which are organised by the department and those programs which are organised by the university will celebrate them in the university auditorium. Overall all India university we have a lot of securities we have a multi purpose hall we have a stadium and so on. So many NGOs are running under university guidance.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee of my own biotechnology course is 28000 per annum in first year and it varries in amount of thousand in second and third year. Scholarship is easily accessible for minority students and sc st but there is least or no chance for students with government employed parents. Placement is not as much good.

Hostel Facilities

2

We can easily get the hostel with the facility of hostel is not as much good compared to another institute.hostel room and bathroom and other facilities are not as much hygienic and the meal is not tasty as well.

Admission

For admission you need to qualify entrance exam which isn't as much tough you can qualify easily and after that you will call by the staff of respective departments for counseling where you need to bring marksheet other required documents. No, there was not gd/pi for admission but in the class most of the time teachers take seminars and encourage students to leave there hesitation.

Course Curriculum Overview:

It covers the core subjects like programming languages (C, Java, Python basics), data structures, DBMS, networking, and web development, providing a basic foundation in computer applications. However, the curriculum may not be fully up to date with current industry trends like advanced Python, cloud computing, machine learning, or modern frameworks. In terms of comprehensiveness, it is suitable for beginners, but students aiming for competitive placements or tech roles will need to supplement it with online courses, certifications, or personal projects.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is more inclined towards a theoretical side and lacks practical exposure. In the present scenario, having practical knowledge is a must if you want to survive in the industry, which my college didn't prepare me for. However, there are various opportunities across the campus. We have AIC inside the campus, which may offer an internship to the students if they reach out to them.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placements from the 3rd year. The placement of the college is decent. The average package for tech branches stands at 4-5 LPA. Most of the offers are made from mass recruiters like TCS, cognizant, etc. However, product-based companies also visit the campus but very few students get short-listed for them. The highest package for the 2025 batch was around 22 lakhs from JP morgan in which 2 students got placed. Microsoft also offered a package of 18 LPA. The placement percentage is around 50-60%. If you maintain 8+ CGPA and have the fundamentals clear then you can definitely secure a decent package from this college. The placement department of the college is supportive.
