Remarks

At overall basis our college, the faculty members and the study structure is pretty good and i am very happy studying in such a good college. The only bad remark about our college is its location.

Entrance Preview

I gave the entrance test of GGSIPU for BA.LLB (hons). I opted for this course because i wanted to pursue my education in this field. My rank was 3270 as per my best knowledge. The admission process was much simpler as compared to other colleges and universities.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The course structure is pretty good as it offers all the subjects which are necessary for a good education. The syllabus is according to the prescribed structure by the university and the course curriculum is also good. The subjects are arranged in such a manner that new students who just have passed their intermediate exams will easily handle the pressure of the studies in the initial semesters of the course. Afterwards the course becomes a little hard as all the hard subjects are arranged in the latter stages of the course. In the last year of the course that is the 5th year, dissertation and projects are made compulsory for the students to make us familiar about the actual practical work related to the course. Internship is also necessary between the semester breaks for a better understanding of the course.

Internships Opportunities

Our college provide internship letters which can be submitted to any firm and we can join them as an intern.

Placement Experience

3.5

As i am still in 4th year i could not be able to tell about the placement policies but as per my best knowledge my senior are placed in good companies and are earning minimum of 50,000 per month. They are working with prestigious companies like birla sunlife and others.

College Events

4.5

There are many events which are celebrated on a big level. There are seminars which are held in the college seminar halls and all the students are allowed to participate in them. We can ask relevant questions and can give our opinions too. Freshers party is also organised for the new comers of the college. All the seniors and juniors are allowed to take part in various activities of the fresher's party and there are held various games also.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is not so expensive as compared to other colleges and universities. Our college is very feasible and it also provide all kinds of services like air conditioned class rooms and big parking, play ground etc. College also organises various trips and tours which are mostly free of cost. So basically our college is feasible and not so expensive.

Fees and Financial Aid

Our college does not provide any scholarship or loan facilities as per my knowledge. But our college helps students to split their fees into several installments so that it could become a little easy.

Campus Life

3

On the terms of gender ratio i think it is pretty much balanced in our college. There are no political elections type of thing in our college. They offer us many types of sports and competitions in the mid of every semesters and every student is allowed to take part in them.

Hostel Facilities

3

Our college does not have hostel facility but it provide us with the bus facility. Pgs are easy to find and are not so expensive. The near most accommodation one can go for is approximately 7 to 8 kilometers away from the college. And there too the accommodations are feasible and affordable.

Alumni/Alumna

Our seniors are really help full. They always offer us help and always try to interact with us. They are very friendly and welcome us very warmly.

Exam Structure

Exam structure is also pretty good. It is not at all hectic as we get nice preparatory leaves in between the exams. The exam pattern is also good. It was kind of chilled out only. Exams centers are also allotted to such colleges which are easily reachable and not far from the metro.

Faculty

5

Faculty is pretty good. All the teachers are well qualified. They interact with the students very much and are always ready to solve any of their problems concerning studies. The teachers guide us through all the semesters like their own children. They are experts in their subjects and are very interested in teaching their course.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is very much practical knowledge based and helps the students to grow there legal reasoning which helps them to prosper in the profession. Also it helps them to read and correlate the real time judgements being passed, this curriculum prepares the students to understand the reasoning behind the judgements. Though the curriculum is practical knowledge based it still requires many improvements as these case are old and some of them are even overruled, also the we have to write very long answers which needs to be changed as new methods like ooen text book exams can be adopted to improving.
