Life at VITS

The college is very peaceful with a very good environment. It has greenery everywhere. Heard very good reviews about the college infrastructure and placements etc. I have secured 19019 ranks in TS EAMCET to join this college. The admission procedure was very easy and simple. I chose this college over other colleges because of various factors like faculty, college infrastructure, college environment etc.

I chose computer science engineering out of passion. Most of the faculty members have done their PhD and have very good experience in teaching. They not focus on just your academics but also help with your personal problems as well. The exams were conducted based on the guidelines from the university and the exams were viable to pass.

The students become eligible from 4th year first semester onwards. They are given complete training about the placements. The trainers are very good at it. Popular MNCs like Infosys, cognizant, TCS, Wipro, Epam etc visit the campus for recruitment. The placement percentage is around 85-90%. The average package as per the company is around 3.6-4.5 per annum.

When I joined this college my fee was 80000. It has been constant throughout the course. I don't have any scholarships but the students who were eligible for the scholarship got their benefits in time and the verification of documents for the scholarship is very easy and simple.

Life at vignan is very much enjoyable. We used to have our annual fest named "Tarang" which is generally organized in the month of March/April. Popular celebrities like Darshan Raval, DJ Chetas etc perform at this event. We have a very huge library with an adequate amount of books for every student. In every classroom, we have projectors that are used to teach the subject. In vignan we have a huge cricket ground and also a football ground to play. We were allowed to play weekly once as per the schedule. We also have a basketball court to play with. Vignan also has indoor games like badminton, carrom board, table tennis.
