Entrance Preview

Government Engineering Collage, Valsad I have pass GUJCET examination at 2012 and my score is 77/120 and as per Gujarat government policy 60% of conventional exams marks and 40%of GUJCET marks benefit good learning and good faculty available good Teaching Environment boys and Girls Hostel Available canting mess and other facility available disadvantage not big campus no big play ground campus placement very less.

Placement Experience

No good placement from government college but same in all of government and self finance collage placement and job depend on student in gec valsad placement is very very less.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes but scholarship given from government of gujarat only for SEBC SC ST student as per category wise no any more given from college.

Exam Structure

All government collage in Gujarat under GTU and contain 8 semester 4 year full course 1 sem 1 mid exams 30 marks and final exams conduct by gtu 70 marks, same for all subject except sum practical subjects might change some another collage 2 mid or 3 mid exams conduct but total average weight is 30 marks.

Average all professor for IIT and NIT in most of cases government recruited only M.Tech and Ph.D professors means education level of professor in government collage is little high then small and medium semi and self finance collage always study in engineering in government collage first preference to government college.

Worth it for academics

Placement Experience:

I applied for 3 colleges like gec,valsad. ,gec,bhuj and L.E.college,morbi. Due to admission prossece i get admission in gec,valsad. I like to get admission there because this is near surat,faultys are good. Admission process is do through acpc as your acpc rank. Board+ gujcet or board+gujcet+JEE candidates are egible for get admission. The cutoffs are avilable on official website of acpc,you also capable touse them for referance.
