This college has criteria, 75% attendance should be a must for appearing in the Internal exams. I have taken admission in this college on the Management seats available in college. The reason behind preferring this college is the excellent placement records and quality education and holds a very good rank in the region.

I always wanted to be in the technical field that's why I choose this course. Mechanical Engineering in United College is unique among other colleges as they always do focus on Industrial approach. The number of faculty members in the Mechanical branch at united is 25+. As they have a very good Faculty: Student ratio like for every 4 students there is 1 faculty. The faculty at the department had a lot of industrial experience to share with the students. Maximum of the faculty members hold the PhD and have their qualifications from the reputed Institutes like IIT and NIT and etc. The teaching method of the faculties here is the best thing which made Mechanical Engineering at United College unique from the other colleges. Internals are very tough to crack but the way faculty helps the students to figure out every problem student do not face much problems during any type of exams.

Yes, My college offers Internship to willing students that may be off-campus or on campus. In every internship, there is a project given to the students and they are asked for the completion of the project after successful completion of the internships. There are many companies who offer internships off-campus and also the college organizes Internship and Training program every year for the candidates who want to attend on campus. And the students who want to do the off-campus internship he should have to take the letter of recommendation from his department and submit it in the company. My college always encourages its students to gain industry knowledge and practical approach. All the 3rd year students are given an option to choose for any project according to his and his group members choice and he have to complete the same till 7th semester after which they will be awarded the marks out of 300 marks according to his project and overall performance in the project.

My college gives an excellent placement every year with its quality education and Industrial oriented training. United college has been created a record of extraordinary placement every year with increment every year. There are lots of reputed organization who comes every year in the search of quality engineers. From 6th semester the students become eligible for the campus placements. Reputed companies like Amazon, Wipro, Infosys, HCL, TCS, Godrej, BY JU's, Zaro education, ICICI, Decathlon, LG, Oracle, Accenture, Indian Navy, Kotak, Mahindra, Syntel and more visited our college recently. My college has given 19500+ placements till now. Highest package is given by AMAZON for 19 Lakh Per Year. An average package of the placement in my college is 6.5 lakh. 75% of students got placed every year from the total number of students from the batch. I am preparing for a core company job or Govt. Job.

Scholarship for B tech- Shiv Jyoti Scholarship- To motivate talent, this scholarship ranging from Rs 5000 to Rs 50000 will be awarded to the student with UPSEE General Rank between 1-10,000.

The campus life in my college is outstanding. There is an annual fest conducted by my college every year in the month of October in which students can participate and perform in various functions and competitions. I am the Member of AVIATION CLUB formed in Mechanical Engineer branch at my college. To become a member of aviation club one should qualify the test conducted for selection in Mechanical Engineering Branch. There is also an Annual sports day celebrated in my college every year. In which lots of sports are played by the participated by students, competitions are held and the winners get prizes at the end of the day. Founders day is Celebrated every year in the month of April. There are lots of extracurricular activities held on the campus, like quizzes, competitions, Industrial visits etc. There are many social groups run by students in which any student can take part, like Aviation Club, UGI Society etc.

I have opted hostel for 1st and 2nd year and after that I moved on in a PG outside of the college campus. The hostel cost for 3 seater Non AC room is Rs 56000 (hostel & mess) + Rs 3000 (one time registration fee), and for 2 seater is Rs 70000 (hostel & mess) + 3000 (one time registration fee). There is an option of payment in Installment for the tution and Hostel fees. The student who want to opt for the AC Rooms they have to pay Rs 7000 more than the fee of Non AC room and a Refundable security deposit of Rs 10000. 3 Seater room will have 3 beds, 3 table and chair, 3 cupboard, 1 for each student. 24*7 Electricity facility. The meal quality served in the hostel mess was very good as there is different menu for every day. Students served 4 times a day Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Snacks and Dinner. If a student opting for Hostel, he have to do registration for the same at the time of Admission and after that he will be given the room number.

I have taken admission in this college by Management Seats.

I have taken admission in 2016, and at that time I have given a written test conducted by college. There was no GD for admission, only a simple Interview taken by the counselor. Student have to simply give a written test and on the basis of written test scores and Intermediate or Diploma marks they will be given a chance for the admission on 15% seats available for direct admissions. My college is affiliated to Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow. Admissions on 85% seats of college done by counselling which is conducted by AKTU on the basis of Entrance test. If a candidate wants to take admission in 2021-2022 in Engineering through counselling conducted by AKTU, Firstly, The candidate should appear in Joint Entrance Test (JEE MAIN) conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) after that they can appear in counselling and further process. There is no any extra preparation needed for qualifying the JEE main test, as its syllabus is completely based on Intermediate syllabus
