Summer Internship Review

College is the Premium institute in India, holding strong Placement record and an alumni base of 40 years. India's top-ranked institute in Rural Management with 100% Placement over the past 40 years. It has a very strong holding in the Development sector, as many govt organizations visit here for Placements (like Govt of Telangana, Bihar, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh), National and international forums like UNICEF, National Skill development dept etc. The admission process includes GD, IRMASET test, Personal Interview.

The course provides immense opportunities to work in National and International organizations, both in development as well as the corporate sector. Faculties are PhD qualified from reputed institutions like IIM A, B, C and Top US Universities like Stanford, UK Universities like London School of Economics etc. Exams are application based and tough to clear.

There is a mandatory internship for 2 months excluding 2 months of village fieldwork segment. Generally, there are more than 2 roles available per student in a Summer internship. It includes an average stipend of 66k in the Corporate sector and 54k in the Development sector.

Students are placed in reputed organizations well ahead (6 months before) completion of the program. From the past 40 years (Since Inception) the institution has maintained 100% Placement record. Average package touches around 11.5 lacs and Highest is 53 lacs.

Fees for 2 years includes everything from hostel to basic facilities. It costs around 12 lacs + your personal expenses. Scholarships are available for all class of students including IDMC First bank Scholarship. The internship is with stipend around 60k average.

There are more than 15 clubs operating in the institute by student representatives themselves for better exposure of students in the curriculum, extracurricular and Business related events. India's topmost institute in terms of availability of resources in terms of books and journals.

There is a personal room provided for each and every student inside the campus with wifi and LAN cable facility. The fresh meal is available with great quality 4 times a day including breakfast, with an option of Veg, Non-Veg.

Generally, there are decision choice based Ground discussion topics are there. You need to appear for two rounds of Group Discussions, Half hour of IRMASET test on General Awareness and Personal Interview of 20-60 minutes.
