Remarks

IIAD is one of the best design colleges in the country. The best part about it is that the degree provided by them is internationally recognised. Students who graduate from IIAD receives a Kingston University degree. For admission, there was a competitive entrance exam that took place and selected students received offer letter on their registered email IDs.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

IIAD’s faculty members are industry professionals with a great experience. The faculty-student ratio is 1:15. The course curriculum is really holistic and equips the student with all the required and essential skills. Along with that, IIAD follows studio-based learning and hence everything is taught practically.

Internships Opportunities

4.5

Like placements, several prominent companies visit to campus with internship opportunities. Mostly everyone who applies for an internship in campus receives an inert ship offer by the end of the entire process. Most of the internships are paid and a decent stipend is provided to the students.

Placement Experience

5

Several leading companies visit IIAD for campus placements. Some of them are Netflix, Incubis, Ogilvy and Mather, Aditya Birla, among many others. The average package that's offered to students is 6LPA.

Fees and Financial Aid

For BA(H) Interior Architecture and Design, the course fee is Ra. 468397 per year. IIAD does offer scholarship and financial assistance to the students who require it. Along with that, IIAD has a 90% placement track record. I will be eligible to sit for campus placements in my last year and for internships, in my third year.

Campus Life

5

IIAD has one of the best campuses with all the required facilities. IIAD has studios, labs, library, auditorium among many other things. We also have several students clubs such as dramatics, music, filmmaking & photography, etc. I have joined the dramatic club of my college and overall I am having a great experience at IIAD.

Placement Experience:

College placements are good enough. A whole week is dedicated to that. Students get enough opportunities throughout the course and are offered jobs in 4th year. Even after that if placement hasn't happened, the college faculties have enough contacts.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I wanted to opt for something related to marketing side or more like something that requires digital work. The faculty:student ratio is 1:40 in my batch. My faculty is very knowledgeable. I have a good experience in teaching (not all but mostly) with them. The term exams are timely scheduled and it is not easy to pass a exam but it is not also very difficult. If you work consistently throughput the semester you would score a good grade in the end.

The college management off lately has been a little slow. The reason can be the upcoming shift in the campus. Otherwise, the management is always helpful and active and we can reach out to them anytime we want.
