Remarks

The teacher of college is the best. They understand properly. The bad thing about our college is the language of students is not good but teachers try to make them gentlemen. The admission process is so easy to go to college officials' website applied for admission. The reason for prefering this because they provide high education and teachers are friendly with students

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because I want to learn a computer language and I want to make my own software. Every year in this course 200 students selected from this course from 1000 students. Teachers are very experienced as well as have good teaching skills. Teachers take the class exam every 2 months. Official exam held in 6 months.

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 30000 per year

Placement Experience

There are lots of companies come to our college for jobs. I don't remember the companies name .highest monthly average of packages is 30000. My plan after my degree is to do a job in software companies that make lots of software.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fess of college is low in comparison to another college. There is no scholarship for this course at Poona college. There is lots of company comes to take interview of students for the job they select the students According to requirements.

Campus Life

There are lots of annual festivals. Every stream does annual festivals and events. In this, they take lots of competitions like quiz cricket dance treasure hunt, etc.At Poona college, you can participate in sports. They also take annual sports day

A good choice for bachelors study for regular BSc

Course Curriculum Overview:

The first year curriculum connects SSC and HSC syllabus making easier to approach further. The course can be divided into two as aspects of application and academic first the general theory course of animals including phylum study and the another goes with lab work techniques making it suitable for higher studying in both lab and field work. The three year course must be provided with free subject choice as per the new education policy (no compulsion for physics and chemistry) Slight improvement in planning feel experience in field tours and outcomes. Do mostly well planned but sometime the exam schedule of different subject choices students in first and second year of course can make a difficult for on time study required before exam.

Teaching methods were good by some professors but one professor taught from ppt only. 2 and half hour for each exam and 60 marks paper all subjective no mcq as such. Practical exam is 150 marks including lab work , journal, viva voce.
