Remarks
It's the most convenient and suitable college for me. The staff of the college are well qualified and experienced but some of them have anger issues. The student crowd is not the one you'd love to study with. The Admission process was quite simple with 2 merit lists. Well, there are many reasons to prefer this college over any other college. Poona college provides instalments in fees. The faculties are well qualified for their posts.
Course Curriculum Overview
I always wanted to pursue my career in Tech. I aspire to be a Game Developer someday. So that's my reason for choosing this course. The faculty to student ratio is 1:40. Most of the facilities have a Masters Degree in their fields with a minimum of 5 years of experience. The teachers conduct lectures on Google meet on a daily basis and it's looked upon that every student attends the lectures. Exams are conducted every 3 months and they were neither to hard not to easy.
Placement Experience
The college offers campus placement in the last year for Multinational companies like Microsoft and many others. Almost 80% of the students get placed by the Campus. I plan on working as a Junior Game Developer at Ubisoft as I pursue my Masters In BCA.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees structure for BCA is 30K/year and the college also helps with instalments. There are scholarships available for students who are economically backward. The college and its faculties go out of their way to help students with any fee issues.
Campus Life
The college organises an Annual day every year where all students can participate. It also conducts a sport's day where all the members of the college including the teachers and the office staff participate in. The college has its own huge library and one can borrow any book of any subject easily. We have an official WhatsApp group where all the necessary notices are forwarded.
