The University campus is beautiful and huge. The staff of the Sanskrit department is very friendly and helpful. Sanskrit department has a huge library so a very diverse set of books are available. The language department has a huge building. Admission entrance exam form date comes in May - June. Entrance CET is held every year in June - July. The admission process starts in July - August itself when online entrance results are declared. You can take benefits from University scholarships for meritious students.

Every faculty is a PhD holder and expert in their own subject. The faculty students ratio is 1:5. Term exams held every 4 months here and are moderately tough. But if you have great and smart teachers as we got here you can certainly pass term exams with flying colours.

The courses like chemistry physics mathematics offer internship programs inside the University Campus as well as outside the University Campus in various private and government laboratories. The MBA internships are given outside the campus with various organizations that are tied up with University.

The placement in technical courses and MBA courses are very efficient. Especially the MBA courses place students at various commerce and business hubs. The courses of subjects like chemistry physics statistics and mathematics are giving good placements at various laboratories.

Fees hike is most disturbing for technical courses like technology etc. But for humanity courses, the fees is less. Savitribai Phule Pune University offers various scholarships to meritious students like Rajarshi shahu Maharaj scholarship for meritious students, Savitribai Phule scholarship for girls and various scholarships are given to students by state and central government like Eklavya scholarship SC/ST, OBC, scholarship, etc.

The campus is very beautiful and various types of sports courts are located here. 3 main canteens are here at walking distance. Every year various food and music festivals are held here. Badminton and athletic sports complex are great. The Jaykar library is huge and has various types of books and magazines and newspapers also. The campus is a real treat in the rainy season.

Hostels are great, Boys and girls hostel are at different places. There is basketball court and Cricket net inside the boy's hostel. Drinking water and food canteens are clean and fresh. 24 into 7 electricity and water.

There is no Group discussion at the time of admission in the entrance exam. The entrance exam is held on the online platform in the format of multiple-choice questions (MCQ) After you pass the entrance there is a documents verification program. Once every document is verified you are admitted to the university that's it.
