Remarks

The crowd is great in the college. The bad aspect of the college is that it does not have a campus or canteen. But the area, crowd and teaching as well as non-teaching staff is good. The admission process was quite simple. I got this college in the first merit list and within a week I secured my admission in this college. My cousins had also studied in this college so my first preference was MMK college only.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

I always loved accounts and maths and the course itself says b.com in accountancy and finance. So this was the first preference for me. The faculty is very good and helpful. The student ratio is 2:3 boys: girls. All the teachers have undergone PhD courses and specialize in their particular field. The term exams were quite difficult but they taught us very well so those who attended lectures can easily pass.

Internships Opportunities

4.5

The internship opportunities are more than we can ever imagine. There are opportunities for every sem, every Year based on hard work and motivation and time management. There is a black book project that each NAD every individual must complete in the last Sem that is Sem 6 the final year of the graduation.

Placement Experience

4

My plans after graduations are to see the whole world a world tour with my best friend. Then I'll look for a job in the finance sector of course because I'm a finance student. The percentage does not depend all that depends is the skill and quality you are having for a particular job. I got offers from 2 companies one is the blue wing a new startup company in Andheri and second is Infosys. So of course I choose Infosys as it Is a multinational company.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure includes Gym's, Tution fees, admission processing fees, library fees, extra curriculum fees, identity card, university sports festival fees, magazine fees, group insurance, S.W. fund, utility fees, development fees, computer fees, V.C fund, E-Suvidha, E-Charge, D.R. Fund, industrial visit fund, laboratory deposit, caution money, library deposit, examination fees, N.S.S. There are various scholarship programs and many multi-national companies come and give jobs.

Campus Life

4

There are different fest hosted by different courses of departments students. Like aakarshan, lakshya, funtoosh and many more fests. Apart from this fest is help for inter-college competition and a type of getting together. There are all courses books available in the library for reading as well as taking home purpose for 7 days max.

Interview Experience

4.5

There was a group discussion, and one on one interview also. I got trained by my brother for this type of interviews. I got selected in the first round but unfortunately, the second was way out of my league Group discussion. I didn't even get much time to speak about my views.

Placement Experience:

Campus placements typically begin in the 5th or 6th semester, depending on the college's policy, with eligibility requirements like a minimum GPA. Companies like motilal , toothsii, and various startups often visit for recruitment. The number of offers made varies by college and course, with 30-40 companies visiting for a batch of 100 students.

The average salary per year ranges from 6-7LPA and the highest package is around 13LPA a year. 70 percent of the students get placed through the college every year . I personally plan to pursue MBA as my post graduation thats why i will not be opting for college placements

Course Curriculum Overview:

You get direct in-house admission for Bcom if you're a junior college student at dahanukar. The curriculum is enough to prepare us for the exam however outdated it is. The syllabus needs to change the teachers need to be changed and also the management should be updated. The college requires a dynamic approach rather than a slow and less productive one. The exams are conducted semi annually and their difficulty is quiet manageable.

Although the faculty here are experts but they still lag with some professional options but to overcome this we are Collaborated with professional to provide the best. Our exams are at a moderate level which a student can clear if he is really engaged in studies. Academics are great and timings of exam depend on the type of exam

About 80 to 90 % of the student got placed in the course. Most of the big companies give internships from top companies. The highest package offered was around 7.2 LPA. The average salary package is around 3.5 LPA. The top companies which offered placement are HDFC bank, Accenture, TCS, and Infosys. You get the placement if you got more than 80 % in any course or category. I have planned to do a CA course after completing my degree course.
