Remarks

I chose it because it has the best faculties for the English department and also it has a very student-friendly environment and the Professors were always ready to help the students. The administration department and infrastructure is also good.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum was vast and provided depth knowledge about the subject over the three years of learning. The faculty is highly educated with qualifications of minimum masters on the subject. The. Faculty always used innovative ways of teaching. The student strength was also about 50 students only.

Placement Experience

There are no placement facilities. One can after completing the course opt for masters on the same subject or apply for jobs as after doing English Honours, many job opportunities are open in fields of administration related works, public relations, Data entry, and many other similar fields.

Fees and Financial Aid

There was financial assistance for underprivileged students. The fees were very nominal of 3500 per year. There were no campusing facilities and no career-wise guidance was provided. There were few scholarship opportunities which are provided by the government as it was a government college.

My college has a very big library with many books on all different courses and computer and internet facilities for browsing for information on courses. College fests, autumn festival, Holi, annual sports and annual picnic is held every year.

I choosen this course because of interest in the field of Information techn...ugy. Faculties are very good and they have good teaching experience. Qualification for the faculty is 7 to 8 years teaching experience and degree of PHD. Term exams held two times ever year. Difficulty is moderate.
