Remarks

The college atmosphere and their way of teaching. And my sister also studied in my college she also told me this is one of the best college in the state.Vimal Jyothi engineering college is situated in Kannur a district in kerala state.This college comes under APJ ABDUL KALAAM TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY(KTU).

Course Curriculum Overview

Civil engineering is a course which comes under engineering and it is having a lot a job opportunities after completing b.tech. The college is providing us the best industrial exposure and best teaching faculties

Campus life is good and it very well. The hostel life is also good.every year we celebrate hostel day, arts day, sports day etc.and we have a lot of fun and memories.we participate in every programmes with full effort.

All the infrastructure provided in the campus are good. The college as provided us wifi with high speed.The library is also good and the equipments in lab are most mordern machinery. The hostel facility and bus facility were also good.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel is good. And the rooms in hostel is good. The hostel food is also better.The hostel is having good electricity and water facility.And the annual rent for hostel is approximately 18000rs per year

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum of KTU (Kerala Techinical university) is very tough ,outdated system,teaching method is very wrong, old method are using here, semester time period is short, student can't catch their subject on this time period, 6 subject with 12 module or more complete in 2.5 months after this immediatly exam starts,so need more time interval for learning and add more partical based activities in curriculum, theriocal subject is more compare to partical,student are just by heart some portion and attenting exam, so they don't know partical working of machines

The placements are based on your performance in viva and your if have cleared the exams. The placement salary is and something which i don't know much about but the intership does provide a stiffen of bout 2000 above (not sure). You don't need to pay the college fee during internship.

I had applied for this course in several colleges in banglore and other places. The reason which hold me here is the course affordability and good infrastructure provided by this college. This college offers BTech artificial intelligence and Data Science at the rate of 98500 per year as tution fees while other colleges offer this same course around 200000 tution fee per year which is a better reason for studying this college. The college also provide scholarships for students on the basis of their plus two marks and keam ranks which will cover their entire tuition fee which helps the students to study in a cost effective way and also increase the quality of education.
