Remarks
The factors mainly include the fact that it's cheaper to pursue MBA from it, my course being a self financing course, still costs around 1 lacs for the whole program. It's location in my Hometown is also an Important Factor, coz it provides me flexibility that i can pursue my other career related activities as well. Infrastructure is really good, despite the fact it being a govt institution.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is just theortial, there is lack of Practical exposure, industry exposure is kind of minimal, financial profiles aren't easy to get, marketing profiles are the easiest.So,if you are someone who is pursuing something financial stuff and trying to get industry exposure related to that, it is going to be difficult to find opportunities. Most of the faculties are average but some are really good too. All in all it's a decent institute.

Placement Experience
It's not really good, only those salesman types job are available even from the bigger institutions like Icici, Axis and the other insurance companies visiting the campus. There is dearth of financial profiles jobs.
College Events
It's really good. A number of events are organised by the university and the Departments as well to keep in touch with the outside world and also to promote the cultural heritage. Participation number is good as well in these. Our DSW is gem of a person, he is always accessible, open to new ideas and always backs us in any events we want to conduct.
Campus Life
Infrastructure is the best thing about the university campus, it's one of the best, Central library is really big, there are many satellite libraries as well, which are dept specific. Wifi facility is also available throughout the whole campus. Sports facilities like grounds, equipments are also available in good condition.
