Remarks

A lush green campus tucked away from the bustling city of Tiruchirappalli, It is filled with all the amenities a student can ask for. A sport Facility, A 24/7 Computing Centre and a huge library are the highlights of the campus. Not to forget the Labs, Lecture Hall Complex, and Orion, where the classes of the seniors are held. Hostels are well equipped with wifi and are hygienic.

Course Curriculum Overview

The academic programs are well structured with adequate labs to ensure practical training. I'm a freshman at the Department of Metallurgical And Materials Engineering and I choose this course because it catered to my interests in the field of materials science and metallurgy. The faculty team is well equipped with latest research advances and the seniors who graduated from here are pursuing their masters and PhD from top notch universities in the world.

The Placements are amazing here. A good mix of Core and Coding/Analytics offers makes it inclusive for all the students who wish to pursue their interests and grow in their careers. A dedicated Training and Placement Cell oversees the Placement procedures.

IIIT bhopal the hidden gem

Placement Experience:

From 6 and 7th sem student are eligible for placements .paypal, amazon, google and other and their are 147 offer from companies the highest package of this is 65 lakh till now and 85 lakhs last year average packages is approx 17 lakhs and their are approx 85-95 percentage of placements my plans is to become software engineer after college.

Placement Experience:

Well equipped infrastructure and decent placements

The overall placements are pretty decent after looking at the job market currently. The students can go for summer internships during their 3rd year and also during their 4th year's 8th semester for winter internships. The students were eligible for campus placements from 7th semester onwards.
