Remarks

Interest in the course as well as the teaching is good. This institution focuses more on practical knowledge on the ground level. So that it is easy to understand the various concepts of Social Work especially in a Rural Areas.

Course Curriculum Overview

It's is very well designed and updated as well as faculties update and change the syllabus accordingly to the current affairs. Course structure is well designed in such that you get 3 months rural field exposure and one month in Urban in any NGO. Faculties are good.

Placement Experience

Not for Bachelor's but placements are for Master students. Students with faculties they form the committee called as CGPC Cell. They call the various organizations and NGO'S. Interview is there for all the organizations and some take FGD and exam on the basis of that they select the candidates.

College Events

Lots of events are celebrated in the college like NRYF, Mushaira, Freshers, Farewell, Onam, Harfest, Ganpati utsav and much more. Academic related programs such as guest lectures, seminars, workshops are also organized.

Fees and Financial Aid

Loan facilities are with banks and Institute provide Financial Aid Support and we can avail the benefit from Government scholarships from various state governments. Also Institute provides medical insurance.

Campus Life

Sports facilities are there such as cricket, basketball, football, badminton, volleyball and kabbaddi all we can play. Computer lab is there having printing and scanning facilities as well as there is 24x7 wifi available with High speed data. Size of library is big, it has more than 50,000+books and journals online catalogue is there. Almost 100 people can sit.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel is equipped with lots of facilities like electricity and LAN facilities and have small room with two bunk beds consist 4 students, have separate cupboards, chair and table. The cost of hostel is 15000 per semester.

In the 7th semester students are ready to place. Most of students get on campus placements.Some students get off campus placements and complete their masters . Most of students get placed in the company where they worked as intern. Which is PPO(pre placement offer). Highest package for this year is 1.5 crore .

7th semester or 4th year makes you eligible for internships and placements. NVIDIA visits our college often i don't know much about the placements as im only in first year but yes the eligibility for the placement is over CGPA which eliminates a lot of students during the placements nearly ~75% of the students get placed (including off and in campus) the other 20% pursue higher studies the other 5% go for start ups

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum of the college is as same as any other colleges. College does follow traditional approach but college does conduct various programs like AICTE idea lab course in curriculum. Teaching method in college needs to evolve and college needs to encourage the coding and development culture.
