Remarks

As it was one of the best private autonomous institute in central India that time. And also it was ranked 129 by the NAAC board. Though it's campus was small but the overall look and the cleanliness around made me fell in love with the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

Our course syllabus was quite updated by that time beacause of the Independence of autonomy. We had provided somewhat good industrial exposure i think. Our one of the power system teacher was very good. His name is Dr. Chandrakar. And also there were some good teachers with quite good command over there subjects.

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 60000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Yes. In our college, in third year we had compulsion to do 1 month internship in any of the company related to our field. And again 15 days of NGO work for next vacations. Then in final year we obligated to do a 6 month internship on field and we had to submit monthly reports to the college. Also this particular semester was of our mega project work which was assigned on the Basis of our company related work.

Placement Experience

For IT programs so many Mass recruiters have visited. But if we talk about core branches where I belong too, it was not upto the mark. Our alumni network is very good. Every week we are getting emails through which we are updated for the placements.

College Events

Our college used to conduct lot many extra curricular activities. We had fun while attending those only more than learning in classes. Each week we came across new activities which kept us alive in those boring lectures. We had few national level conferences like on green energy. And we had robotics competition which was under IIT bombay. I participated in both.

Campus Life

We had a sport room where we used to play a lot. Also wi-fi facility was available. But I think it was very slow. Our library was quite big with ample amount of books. And our labs was clean and having good number of equipments in it.

Hostel Facilities

I was not living in hostel. But my friends used to tell me the fun they were having in the hostels. They used to live unitedly. Even I tasted food from there for one or two, which was quite good than our mess food.

Placement Experience:

Honestly the placement is good in college but student's are not able to get that placement because they don't work on their skills . Then how could college place them although College does their best in placement. Almost 80% students get placement in our college .the highest package last year was 12.5 lakhs per annum. The average Package is almost about 3 lakhs per annum.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements in the final year that is 7th semester . A lot of companies visit the campus like TCS , INFOSYS , WIPRO etc batch of 2025 got 363 offers . The highest package was 16 LPA and the avg is 4.37 LPA , placement percentage is 74% . I am planning to opt for MBA after BTECH

Remarks:

I chose this because I liked its infrastructure and it's location. I had seen none such college with awesome infrastructure and environment. The college is located in Hilly area where we can see waterfall in rainy season. This waterfalls attracted me very much.

An overview of academic studies and curriculum structure of GHRCE nagpur

We can get addmission in GHRCE nagpur by after taking JEE AND MHTCET exam. The cuttoff of each branch is different for civil 75% is required. GHRCE nagpur have it's own site from where we can know about all the addmission procedure also the details of reservation is provided on site. I found the addmission process very easy and simple.
