Finally I will again say that our provides us best material with best teaching staff and practical work.

Course Curriculum Overview

According to me this course makes me best in all fields especially in IT sector and there are lots of jobs in IT sector.There are lots of practical assignments in my course through which I gain priceless experience which will be very helpful in my future.Also there are lots of visits of big MNCs in our college for students who do best in their courses.Our college also organizes industrial visits for students to gain experience and get knowledge about their fields.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 50000 per year

Placement Experience

Our college ensures the placement for their students as they train their students with full dedication and hard-work,lots of big MNCs visit our college for placements.Around 60-65% of students get placed every year in our college.Our institute provides special training sessions for students.

College Events

There are plethora of events celebrated in our college like cultural activities,Youth festival,Poetic sessions,Art competitions,International vibgyor and many more.These events are very big and well organised and everyone can take part in these events.There are many international events performed every year.

Fee Structure And Facilities

From my point of view the fee structure of our college is feasible because there are lots of things we get to learn in college and our college work on every aspect of students.Fee payments are generally made online.There is no extra fee for securing admission.This college also helps poor students by giving them free education.

Fees and Financial Aid

No I have not opted for any college scholarship or any other kind of educational loan .I did not know about this loan system.

Campus Life

According to me college life is great and I have many experiences there.There are many co-curricular activies performed here and also there are sports competitions for students .There organize many debate competitions for students to enhance their knowledge.

Hostel Facilities

No I have not opted hostel as college is not far from my home so I regularly go from my home.Some of my friends stay in hostels,they tell that there are very well rooms and there is good study atmosphere in hostel.

Alumni/Alumna

Our seniors are very helpful.They help us in every aspect of our course.They also share their experience in our college and how to tackle problems in their course or any other problem.

Admission

I got admission in this college because my cousin has completed his degree from this college and he told me about study atmosphere in this college which made me to join this college.There is a simple process of admission in this college through interview.

Faculty

There are almost 4-5 lectures and 2-3 practical sessions in our daily routine which are guided by truly trained and expeeienced staff with an average age of around 35 years.Our college has experts for every course for detailed information on subjects or to clear their doubts.

Likes

supportive campus environment with the comfortable in the classess
faculty most faculty members are very much supportive and they guide the students in the right way only
events are there in the campus provided by the campus.

Dislikes

limited practical exposure is provided by the campus and also there should be more hand on international events

placements at my college are very very good, as everybody gets the chance to sit for the placements at the same level. we get the placement oportunities at the 6th semster also. in my brancg it is very good

A Vibrant Campus with good learning and great opportunities

Likes

good infrastructure , large libraries and practical labs
helpful and large opportunities in campus

Dislikes

class size can be large , it helps every child to interact
academic work is quite high , the schedule may feel hectic especially during examination

The curriculum is relevant and covers core cse subjects like programing DSA and DBMS . it provides good fundamental for placements and further studies , more practical projects and industry based teaching would improve it .

I like the most about the college the placement criteria and the way built your confidence
Also the hostel is very good and provide food 4 times
The campus explorer is also very nice according to me

Dislikes

Faculty is not soo well had a lit bit inconvenience
Hostel mess food is not good at some time
Placement is decent and average as like other collage

Likes

I appreciate the well maintained campus and infrastructure the cleaniness in the collage is good
My engagement with collage is good I join various types of activity in the collage

Dislikes

There is no ac in the class and the class windows are not that good
But there is one problem which is that there is no many options for girls in games like sports

Placement Experience:

Currently my course at cgc landran does not have any types of placement in my course but however the collage focuses on enhancing development of students employability by providing interships , skills development and workshops to enhance there knowledge

Life at CGC Landran

Infrastructure, most teacher behaviour, friendly students

Gym is provided but only for name, no fame , always full

Course Curriculum Overview:

I’d rate the curriculum like 7/10 in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness — it covers all the major CSE subjects like DSA, OS, DBMS, CN, AI, ML, Cloud, Cybersecurity basics, etc., and honestly that was one of the reasons I chose this course because at least the core subjects are solid even if PTU keeps some old-school stuff in the syllabus. The curriculum does prepare you for real-world stuff, but only to a point — like, if you focus on coding labs and projects you’ll be fine for internships, but if you depend only on classroom theory then it won’t help much because industry wants hands-on skills. For higher studies also it’s okay because theory depth in subjects like OS and DBMS is decent enough. But yeah, improvements are definitely needed — some subjects feel outdated, teachers should use more practical examples, and we need more real projects instead of copy-paste lab manuals; also some faculty teach directly from slides which gets boring fast. Exams come twice per semester (sessionals) plus the final end-sem around December/May; they’re mostly easy if you write long answers, but tricky if you rely only on understanding because PTU likes theory-heavy questions. Overall, the system works, but it could be way more practical and industry-focused.

Cmc - a feeling in itself

Likes

Academics are very good along with proper clinical teaching lectures and simulation based teaching. Patient load is good. All the clinicals skills required at mbbs level are taught properly.
There are various extra-curricular activities which take place in college. Many cultural events are organized by college and student bodies every month which gives an holistic development experience
Sports facilities are also there which are very good.

Dislikes

Infrastructure is very old and needs repair
Many faculty members are leaving leading to less good professors in the college
Patient load is decreasing day by day resulting in less clinical exposure

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum followed in our college is CBME based curriculum. Our college was one such college which conrributed tremendously in developing this type of curriculum. It trains you in all clinical skills and provide you with the best doctor skills. Also many soft skills training session our held which helps in developing and training ourselves as good doctor. All the skills are taught on models and patients.clinical training is very good. However , patient load is decreasing which restricts oursleves in seeing variety of patients

A honest college review

Likes

College faculty are very solid and remarkable and some teachers also support the other students in difficult situation like financially
Paramedical course faculty sometimes give random party for students to their achivement

Dislikes

Campus is some sort of small and Students ground is short.
Sports ground is short if two different teams want to play they can't play like that.teams

Placement Experience:

The college provides good opportunities to those who are good at academics and for those who are not good at academics chances for them to placement are very low. During the past year, there were very good companies shown in my college for my seniors, some were very renowned companies and the highest package was something 650000.

Mixed emotions but honesty

I dont know about the intership policy

It was a great experience to complete graduation here. The very excellent staff they have for teaching BCA. They also give practical knowledge. They also give a chance to the student to perform in cultural activities. This is one of the best colleges in Punjab. The college has its cricket team. And very good cricket ground. In the month of march athletic meet held in college, every student has a chance to perform in sports. This college also organizes a vibgyor festival which is famous in Punjab. Because famous singers of India come here on this festival.
