Remarks

Because of Government college I preffer this college for my further education. This college is near from my home town. My neighbours also pass out from this college. This college is good for education and teachers were also well educated and teach well.

Course Curriculum Overview

Syllabus is completed in specified time.Yes they provide enough industries exposure to visit industries site for traning and workshop.Talanted faculties were there who teach us well.Sir Gurpreet singh is good teacher.

Course Fees: INR 20400 per year

Placement Experience

No company is coming for placement but this is first time some company had came for pacement. 5 students were selected for pacement this year.

College Events

Campus life is good but events were not happening. Only few events were happening and that is Annual function and teachers day is celebrating.No techinal,cultural,management festivals were happening. But we are going to others college for events.

Campus Life

We have big play ground for playing sports. Sports equipment are also provided to us. We have 1 period for sports also.wi-fi also there we utilize that. Big library i.e size of library is 21_21. Some equipments are there.

Life at GEC Raipur

Placement Experience:

Final year students are eligible to appear for campus placements which starts towards the end of their 7th semester. Companies that visited for Civil Engineering: L&T, Adani, Stratview Research, PlanetSpark and several local firms. The highest packages were offered by Adani (approx 7 LPA) and L&T (6-7 LPA). Around 5-7 students received placement offers from the mentioned companies. It is important to note that a lot many students did not sit for campus placements as they had different career aspirations (government jobs, higher education, business ventures etc.) My plans were to prepare for upcoming competitive government exams as well as try my hand at something different and creative

Affordable government college in Chhattisgarh

In first counseling I got Shankaracharya College of engineering Raipur in Computer science engineering. But I didn't take admission and applied for second counseling in which I got Vishwavidyalaya Engineering College Ambikapur. Marks was not enough for getting CSE branch in the GEC Bilaspur and Raipur.
