Remarks

It is a really good place to be in and more enjoyable as a hostelite moreover being a localite. U can have proper guidence for studies and can excel way ahead in studies.

Entrance Preview

I took MHT CET as an entrance exam and scored 184/200 with a state merit list of 105. I wanted to pursue a medical college with good academics and after enquiry came to know about this college as equipped with well qualified and a staff eager to teach. So came forward and enrolled for this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course is pretty lengthy distributed over 5.5 years, with curriculum varying as per the college. As far my college is concerned the curriculum is good with the best of faculty to teach.

Internships Opportunities

The stipend offered during internship is nearly 6000rs/ month. As I m currently in final year so no experience about internship but as I heard it from the seniors they say that there are lots of opportunities to learn many things and scope for practice is more.

Placement Experience

4

You have to qualify a entrance test for post graduation after which u get admission to a branch either clinical or non clinical. If you have prepared well and qualify the exam with superior marks then u get d desired college as well as branch in which u r interested.

College Events

3.5

College celebrates annual as well seasonal festivals not to side line the nostalgic parties for farewell. The annual festival is known as AARAMBH while d seasonal one is called SHRAVANSARI. Both d festivals are celebrated with great enthusiasm and are eagerly awaited every year.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Current fees structure for my batch is amounting nearly 55, 000rs per annum. There is a steep rise in fees amounting nearly three times d previous batch which had 22, 000 per annum to be paid. My following batch was left speechless with another hike and know its getting tougher and tougher not only to take admission but even after u get one u are worried about the fees structure.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarship faculty are provided by the government for the caste students in the form that they don't have to pay the fees which is ultimately paid by the government. For open category students institutions like Tata foundation, Narottam sheksaria foundation, Nirav modi foundation and Hamir mehta foundation are there which provide scholarships to needy.

Campus Life

4

Extracurricular activities are seen like various college events of drama, dancing, street plays, wall paintings, social awareness drives. Gender equality is a plus point and both go hand in hand. Hostel parties are the things to watch out with birthday bash being a really Scary drama for the birthday boy.

Hostel Facilities

4

Hostel facility is the main thing In my college which anyone can be proud off. In such a crowded city providing so much space and that too in a decent place like hajiali is exceptional. Football ground, cricket ground, basketball court and even tennis court. What else u would want in Mumbai, Moreover the mess facility is also gud.

Alumni/Alumna

College hosts an annual meeting with the alumni and students being able to interact with them. Needs of students are kept in front of alumni by the student body and they do the handful.

Exam Structure

The exams upto final year are not so hectic and teachers too take it calmly but the final year is a so called hype with a lot of expectations from the future doctors and are most often very hectic and bothersome. U have a great loss of study as well as u have to excel in the practicals. Room for errors is very less.

Faculty

4.5

Teachers are very well experienced and know how to pour their knowledge into young aspirants.

In my family there are already 5 doctors including my elder brother that influenced me yo this profession It is a noble profession by which you can save someone's life. Remarks:

Positive: The college's infrastructure is really good. Negative: Being a private medical college, a lot of money is charged and they even earn extra money by charging unnecessary numerous times, very expensive admission forms and other expenses. Faculty is okay, selected few are only good. It is placed in a town which isn't well developed (Ahmednagar) There could be more extra curricular events and less restrictions for students living in the hostel, but there aren't.
