Remarks

St Teresa's college is best degree courses in kerala. The college provides lot of oppurtunity for the students to exposure more on public. Nirf ranking and NAAC accreditation attracts me to this college. I got lot of positive reviews from my seniors.

Course Curriculum Overview

English literature is a goid subject and it help me to build humanity. We learn lot of life experience from the text and classes. The college curriculum is accurate for an average student. The faculties are very experienced and all are down to earth. The faculties play a major role in building the personality of the students.

Placement Experience

The placement and job opportunities are their in the campus itself through career guidance wing which has a board of teachers in charge and a whatsapp group to give daily informations about jobs and opportunities. The bcom, bca, bms, bvoc students have 95% job guarantee after the degree course. Arts subject doesn't had much job oppurtunity because most of the students go for higher education.

College Events

The campus life is very awesome. The management system is very effective and efficient. The college celebrates integrated cultural festivals to make the students acquainted with various cultures and practices. Technically the college is very progrssive the library is fully automatic. The college has it on news channel for weekly updates. The college celebrate all the festivals in the fullest with the help of the college union.

Campus Life

The campus infrastructure is good for all students it provides with play ground, auditorium, library, mirror room, audio-visual room, hostel, toilet store, canteen cafe etc. The college ranks no one in ernakulam for sports and extra curriculum activities

The placements start from sem6. Companies like google, amazon, microsoft, infosis, tcs, cisco,etc. The highest package of last year was 60lpa and the average package is 8lpa. The percentage of students who got job is above 88. My plan is to get a job in campus selections.

Students in 7th and 8th semester are eligible to sit for campus placements. Companies like Oracle, Goldman Sachs, L&T, Bajaj, Caterpillar and PSU's like BEL,HPCL and BPCL come to the college usually the coding companies offer aroung 35-40 LPA CTC and the core PSU companies offer around 17-18 LPA. Highest Package is 51 LPA and an Average Package of 12 LPA. Nearly 85% students from Circuit and CS branch get placed and around 60% in core branches who sit for placements, My plans after getting the degree is to join MBA to learn how business world works and how the money flows

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for attending campus placement from semester 7. Some companies that visits ICET are Utc global, Layland, DeltaX, etc. The average package given by the companies are 3 lpa. The percentage of students getting placed are around 40%. I plan to placed at any company.

St teresas college Ernakulam, a good atmosphere and a good social environment

Anyone who have completed 12th grade and has a aggreagate of 60% in cbse board are eligible for this course. After the cbse results are published, the admission form will be available at the college website. The fee for the admission form is below 500. The applicant should download the form and fill the necessary details and submit it online. After submission, if you are selected the management will contact you further. Then you have an interview where the management and the head of the department will ask you certain questions which are very easy to answer.
