Remarks

Good infrastructure, good faculty, good labs and library, restaurant, good teachers, good surroundings, affordable cost, experienced teachers, feels more comfortable to study, encourage extra curricular activities.

Course Curriculum Overview

Good faculties and they always ready to help as in any situation. Good way of teaching. Experienced faculties. Good infrastructure. college also have nss, quiz club etc which help the students to be socially responsible and helps to acquire more knowledge.

Course Fees: INR 54000 per year

Today BCom course provides more opportunities than others. It helps to get job in banking sector or helps students to start own business more efficiently. They can even opt for CA CMA etc. There are many job opportunities available for BCom graduate.

Campus life was really fantastic. management encouraged both arts and sports. There are also my ways for the students to show their talents like college day, arts day, onam celebration, christmas celebration etc.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Data Science is a rising field in computer science. It has lots of oppurtunities in todays world and easy compared to other fields, which made me choose data science. The curriculum consist of various computer programming languages including Python, R and so on which are vital in the field of data science. There are also experienced faculties for teaching of the programming languages. I personally felt that lab hours are not adequate and also the available hours are also not properly utitlised by some teachers. At the end of each semester we have exams and results are published soon as the exams are over, no lagging compared to other universitites.

Placement Experience:

we are eligible for placement from the 7th sem. Many famous and small compines vist our college. Infosys, WIPRO, TCS vist our college. But the big companies take only few student. Highest package was 1,00,000. And the average package is around 4,00,000. Almost all students gets placed from the campus .

My Experience at NIT Calicut

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the EEE course curriculum around 8-8.5 /10 in terms of relevance.The curriculum provides strong fundamentals in core electrical engineering subjects and prepares students well for core jobs and higher studies.The course curriculum was revised in 2023, and our batch is the 1st batch under the new curriculum. however, there are still limited coding ,AI and data science subjects in EEE ,which could be improved. Exams are conducted times per semester and are generally moderately difficult.

Chemistry is one of the main subject in whole science and it contains practical along with theory.I preffered this subject because I don't really into bookish learning.It offers skilled learning also.Exam timing was relevant for a paper 2.30 hours and 60 marks for main subject and 80 mark for language.
