Course Curriculum Overview
The college has a post graduate program In all the 6 departmens of dentistry so we can experience a wide variety of cases. Of course there is a huge scope of dentistry in the coming decades as people nowadays at getting more conscious about their aesthetics
Placement Experience
College doesn't directly give placements to any institution. There is a compulsory internship of 1 year in all the departments.approximately 80 percentage of the students pass out every year and they are working as successful dentists around the world.
College Events
Arts fest Sports fest Observation of various relevant days These are the main programs which are organised by the students Union. I must mention one thing that the entire events celebrated in the college are all under the leadership and initiative of the students Union.The management was not supportive in organising these events rather they tried to cancel each and every evenet
Fee Structure And Facilities
1.75 lakhs per annum was my fee By now it would have reached approximately 3lakhs per annum After this we have to pay add on fees like caution deposit and the instruments fee and book fee and all.the tuition around the cost will be 25 to 30 lakhs.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes I have applied for an educational loan of 4 lakhs RS.for applying educational loan without collateral security you need to have a merit admission and your annual income shouldn't be that higher.and I got ministry of minority affairs scholarship every year of 25000 RS
Campus Life
The campus is very orthodox and they don't support any type of friend ships. The staff especially the management behaves as enemy to the students the worst ever management in the dental college.The gender ratio is approximately 5.14 for girls to boys
Hostel Facilities
No I don't op for the hostel as my house was at thrissur itself. But there is a hostel facility available for the boys and girls which is not reasonable.for one month they are charging around 7000 RS for that bullshit hostel
Alumni/Alumna
The senior students are the best ever teachers we have. The alumini association is not registered yet.
Admission
I made an attempt for keam exam after my 12 th STD and I couldn't get a medical college and I was forced to join here I joined here on October 4 2015. I chose this institution as it was in thrissur itself and my house is at thrissur.but I must say that it's the worst ever decision I've ever made the management here is not at all supportive we've to struggle a lot to go in the track.but this is not just the situation of only this college the entire self financing colleges behave like this to their students.the only thing that I'm fond of is some of the students and a very few teachers
Faculty
For every department there is an MDS qualified HOD who is well capable of maintaining the decorum of the course and syllabus. And below these HODs we have readers junior lecturer and senior lectures.There will be also some internship students along with these staff who are dedicated to their work
