Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course structure is extremely knowledgeable and gives a lot of exposure to the students about the practical aspects of the field. With the course focusing so much on giving the students the adequate knowledge of the field, the students surely benefit a lot from this course structure.

Placement Experience

4

Placement is not a proper word for dental students. Dentistry is a field where we create our own opportunities, if u can work hard, and you have a fare amount of working brain, you can always win the race. The college provides internship with monthly stipend around 10,000. Internship is very helpful for the junior doctors for their entrance exam preparation. They have to do some clinicals in internship.

College Events

3.5

Annual day, teachers day, welcome ceremony, freshers day, farewell, etc and there are many events such as sports events are there and we celebrate it ith full of joy with everyone together, there is no seperation to celebrate we celebrate together.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The college fee structure is bit on the higher side ie a bit expensive, I feel. The fees are Rs 500,000 per annum which makes it to Rs 2500000 on s total for a period of five years which is not very economical or affordable.

Campus Life

3.5

There is no extracurricular activities in my college. All we had is labs for work. There is no extra time for any other activities.we had a sports in every year but it’s a small event , because management will not provide fund for all these activities.

Admission

The college offers admission into its BDS program based on NEET rankings. NEET cut-off refers to the minimum rank that candidates are required to secure in NEET to be eligible for admission into the college. NEET cut-off score of individual medical colleges is released after publication of NEET Results. I scored 412 in NEET and was able to get into this college.

Faculty

4

For every department there is an MDS qualified HOD who is well capable of maintaining the decorum of the course and syllabus. And below these HODs we have readers junior lecturer and senior lectures. There will be also some internship students along with these staff who are dedicated to their work

Course Curriculum Overview:

No one tells you the dark side of the course or even if they do little do we understand..this course is never as expected..it requires a lot of patience, and strength to hold on yourself when the whole campus is against you and you have to work as a one man army. it's just powerpoint presentation and reading it aloud in class and it's done...it we who have to work. There are 2-3 internal exam but none of these marks are considered for the last University exam...it's all what we score for the final exam..there's another model exam then lots of small tests

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum helps to create a graduate in Dental Science who has adequate knowledge, necessary skills and such attitudes which are required for carrying out all the activities appropriate to general dental practice involving the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of anomalies and diseases of the teeth, mouth, jaws and associated tissues. The area that needs improvement is the use of advanced materials in the field which are not taught by the curriculum but self taught.

I really am impressed by medical field forever I wanted to help people for a long time. This BDS course allows us the diagnosis of almost every other disease as most manifestations are found in oral cavity. The relief of patients when their tooth ache is spared, The relief when someone is saved or prevented from aggregation of oral cancer/ squamous cell carcinoma And how dentistry has lots of chances for mastery after the UG degree and being medical professional degree how income is quite dependent on the practitioner it self
