Remarks

Positive: there is patients in our college. All other are negative. There is no enough staffs and teaches. Lack of equipment’s. The main issue is management will not allow to write university exam. They will say that this students will not pass so don’t allow him to write! And attendance is very important (80%).

Course Curriculum Overview

3

It’s too bad , only course which has year back in all the years. Hard to pass. A lots of pratcal work is needed. Course should complete with in 10 years. If we fail in exam we will be back for 6 month. It’s too common in colleges

Placement Experience

0.5

No internship, very less job opportunities due to large amount of dentists. The average salary of a dentist is around 10000 (for the starters). The dentist is all most in every corners. There is no more space for a new clinic

College Events

1

Only Arts and sports A very cheap and low budget arts is conducted in our college. Management will not provide any money for this , The Money is taken from the students unions found. It is a two day program

Fees and Financial Aid

There is no scholarship from the college. Some people get from the state government and central government. It is on the basis of income and caste. There are some NOG providing scholarships for certain group of people

Campus Life

1

There is no extracurricular activities in my college. All we had is labs for work. There is no extra time for any other activities.we had a sports in every year but it’s a small event , because management will not provide found for all this

Hostel Facilities

3.5

I had opted for hostel , it has average infrastructure and facilities.hostel food is bad nowadays but its good at the starting time because it has maintained by students union, now it was under the control of management

Alumni/Alumna

There is no alumni network here, Senior students are very helpful and friendly. No ragging issues.seniors are more helpful than teachers and staffs. We mainly learn practical work from our seniors. And we had outside meeting with alumni’s

Admission

Keam entrance exam , merit rank list , now its on the basis of NEET ENTRANCE exam , there is also NRI seats , merit fees is nearly 3lack , NRI seat is nearly 30 lack. I got admission in spot allotment on the basis of keam rank list

Faculty

3

There are very few good teachers. There are some teachers with very bad behaviour and some of them will not allow students to write university exam. This will lead to year back. Many teaches and management distrory many students valuable time.

No one tells you the dark side of the course or even if they do little do we understand..this course is never as expected..it requires a lot of patience, and strength to hold on yourself when the whole campus is against you and you have to work as a one man army. it's just powerpoint presentation and reading it aloud in class and it's done...it we who have to work. There are 2-3 internal exam but none of these marks are considered for the last University exam...it's all what we score for the final exam..there's another model exam then lots of small tests

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum helps to create a graduate in Dental Science who has adequate knowledge, necessary skills and such attitudes which are required for carrying out all the activities appropriate to general dental practice involving the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of anomalies and diseases of the teeth, mouth, jaws and associated tissues. The area that needs improvement is the use of advanced materials in the field which are not taught by the curriculum but self taught.

I really am impressed by medical field forever I wanted to help people for a long time. This BDS course allows us the diagnosis of almost every other disease as most manifestations are found in oral cavity. The relief of patients when their tooth ache is spared, The relief when someone is saved or prevented from aggregation of oral cancer/ squamous cell carcinoma And how dentistry has lots of chances for mastery after the UG degree and being medical professional degree how income is quite dependent on the practitioner it self
