The institute have a good reputation in Madhya Pradesh, it's one of the best college for Graduation courses. Also one of my cousin is an alumni of the institute, his feedback was good about it, so it drove me to get admission there.
Course Curriculum Overview
Syllabus wasn't very satisfying but somewhere better than other institutes providing the same degree. My Prof. Dr. Indu Pandey has been a great person. She has a different aura whether it comes to teaching or organising events. She's neutral towards student and deals everything with honesty and dedication. Also, she's totally enthusiastic to learn from students that make her different from others.
Internships Opportunities
I worked with Vegatva Edutech as an academic associate with a monthly compensation of 12,000. I got it through a placement procudeure organised by placement cell of my college.
Placement Experience
There are placement opportunities for many courses. Good companies like Nestle, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Deloitte, TCS, Amazon recruits a number of students every year and it's growing each year. Placement cell works under Dr. Kalpana Malik and she makes sure best companies come with placements for students.
College Events
It's okay, but more things can be introduced to bring out capabilities of students. Also, the events are limited in number and to students. No opportunity to do big even if students plan, sometimes there ain't enough funds other times the director doesn't permits, also professors are very hesitant towards new things.
Fees and Financial Aid
These facilities suck. You can get scholarship only if you've done your +2 from Madhya Pradesh, also students need to pay the fees in one go, that's not possible for many but has to because no other option survives. Also, courses have been over charged, same course from similar level of institute charges much lesser. IEHE charges almost 3 times for the same course.
Campus Life
There exists a big scope of improvement in almost everything. The classes are of time immemorial, with the same old benches and other necessary things. Library never has the relevant books, and its return and issues days are different which are a big hurdle. Also, no library permission for masters students. Sports facilities are worst. Students not even allowed to get into the sports complex if not in sports kit. As, there is an uniform in the institute it's sucks changing it all over. Also, poorest of the poor toilets, garbage spread all over. And most important dogs and their little ones roaming all around. Thats pathetic. Sometimes boars also join them.
