Heard that it provides good lab facilities for the stream I chose i.e., Mechanical Engineering It also ranks among top 10 institutes of it's type in my state. Have also taken feedback from my seniors and cousins about the college and decided to jump into this.

Course syllabus is truly outdated, not at all fit for the current criteria in the outside world. We also had zero industrial exposure. Faculty is just average. Few are really dedicated but considering the whole faculty, it's just average. Mrs. K. Lavanya from the Basic Sciences Dept. was really good

I have opted for a one month industrial training in the Vizag Steel Plant (RINL)- Vishakapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. No stipend is provided and the process to get the internship is quite simple. We need to submit a letter from the college signed and stamped by HOD of the department. This whole process is online. We'll be receiving a mail from the company as soon as they confirm the internship

Good placement and job opportunities for the people in IT based courses. But can find hardly any placements for other core departments. There is no alumni Networking. TCS being the mass recruiter for the IT sector.

We really need to struggle hard to get permissions for the Cultural and technical events. No possibility for management fests by any chance They mainly focus on classes. There is no scope for any considerably big fests our college holds

There's a reimbursement provided by the State Govt for Engineering in all the colleges affiliated / autonomous under the universities that work under State Government and no other scholarship or loan facility from college.

We have a bad infrastructure really hard to find scope to sports on regular basis and wifi with almost no signal. Usage of mobile phones is strictly prohibited in our campus. The size of Library is good with huge number of copies of basic volumes required for all courses.

My college doesn't have a hostel for boys by itself. We have to stay in the private hostels nearby. It provides a hostel for girls with good facilities and really high hostel fees. And mobile phones are not allowed there too.
