Remarks

Christian medical college is ranked among the top medical colleges in our country. Known for its better faculty and unparalled education, this college is meant to produce future of Indian medicine and surgery. I am an MBBS student, I joined the college in 2019. The thing that drove me towards medical is that I find it very interesting to study about the human physiology and the wonders of medicinal study.

Course Curriculum Overview

MBBS is definitely one of the most difficult courses to study. The first year was parallel to what we studied in 12th biology, but with more elaboration and information. Students also invest time in mindful activities such as sports, reading, etc besides studying. The faculty is good and especially being taught by the experienced professors in their own field is an honor.

Placement Experience

Since CMC is ranked among the best medical college in our country, placements for this college are highly rated. Placements for many medical institutions such as AIIMS, MAMC and many other comes. The alumni of this college are now earning salaries starting from 1,00,000 per month or upwards. A friend of my brother who also graduated from this college, is a orthopedist and living abroad.

College Events

Besides academics the college also provide sports opportunities to students. Also arranging for workshops, internships and carnivals at times. Students also participate in them, either setting up a group of drama artist and performing live or taking quizzes.

Course Curriculum Overview:

One of the southern indian most famous chemical company is there in our circle and other chemicals companies are there. other then this reason I like the chemistry subject and exciting to learn. In our chemistry department teacher give good preparation for the semester exams. My point of view the exams are easy to write excepting only few subjects.

Is VIT worth it

Placement Experience:

Placements in VIT UNIVERSITY is very good the average package is 8 lakhs and the Highest may go upto 1 crore every year.There is a separate placement cell in VIT chennai and they give you placement training from start of the third year. Many multinational companies like google, microsoft etc comes to VIT to pick students for their company. Almost 98 percent of the students gets places in VIT. After my degree I choose to sit for placements.

Brutally Honest College Review

Placement Experience:

The placement process begins from the third year i.e. the fifth and sixth sem. But be warned the placement is pure dabba. The companies that visited are goldman sachs, pick your trail, venture lts, greenbay, taj, audible, TCS, etc. the package varies from 3.4 LPA to 12 LPA. These are just peanut money btw. The college says there's 100% placements ( joke of the century) but in reality only 70% gets placed. I plan to do MBA from a different college.
