Remarks

It's one of the prestigious college under a prestigious university. It's a college which conducts many extra and intra curricular activities and there are many events too. The faculty there is also very friendly.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is well balanced and maintained. The syllabus is very vast and we can simply prepare for competitive exams like NET using this syllabus. The faculties are also a crucial factor as they are very friendly, supportive and they are well qualified.

The College have a good placement percentage as they conducts job fair every year and many have placed in reputed companies.

There is cultural Festivals like onam, Christmas, holy, etc and have many events like arts fest, sports fest, campus day, etc and have several clubs. Each department conducts am intercollegiate fest every year.

Campus Life

The college have a Gym, WiFi, huge library, science labs, sports department, etc. The College have three level football teams and have a big ground. The Baselius team has played in a State level match and became the first runners up.

from semister 6 students become eligible for campus placements and companies loke bank of america , google microsoft etc visited for campus placements and the highest package is about 54 lakhs where as average is 11 lakhs and about 98% of the students are placed

Placement Experience:

The placement here is top notch. This year in my campus the highest CTC offered was 56.5lpa by PALOALTO. Placements process is centralised at coimbatore though. Students are eligible for campus placements from third year or s5. Average package in computing department ranges from 10-12lpa. My plans after degree is to pursue MS: opportunities of which are provided by the college itself. In computing department almost 90% of the students have been placed according to the seniors I talked to. However it is lower in other streams.

Average student experience at amrita

Placement Experience:

As of what i spoke to the seniors they said that AI students got better placements compared to Core students and the average package is around 9LPA for CSE branches students and 7LPA overall for all the branches and there is CIR foundation classes where they teach us how to improve our communication skills and How to create a resume right from first year itself according to seniors it is very helpfull

An aspiring first year student’s review

Placement Experience:

Civil engineering is a course with least placement in every engineering colleges. Students are placed during their fourth year in college. Sobha Constructions Ltd is one of the main companies that visits college. 200000rupees package is the average package offered. Les than 25 percent civil engineers get placed. I plan to prepare for GATE exam and pursue more in this course.

Moreover I got admission in St thomas College pala but I rejected it over baselius because of its department. The admission process in our college can be apply through their websites or even online portals based on the seats and availability.
