Remarks

I chose this college as it is one of my colleges in favourite list. Also I have heard much about this college. I have got so much positive vibes through pass out fellows of the college through their view point about this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is much related to social welfare. It helps to bring out our skills as a youth towards our country. The faculty also ensured that each students are being participated in each programmes of this course.

Placement Experience

The course had only one motive of social welfare so each and one students were involved in this. The course ensured that each students after the course are being able to get much opputunities through placements in some social working companies.

College Events

The campus life was an memorable one. Each students took part in one or another activities. Everyone showcased their talents in each part of the course and extra curriculum works. They also initiated a much more place for the sports and health development works.

Campus Life

The campus infrastructure was much huge. Everyone loved the campus. They also got students to be a part of extra curriculum activities inside the college. They provided sports facilities and much more.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Relevance of Pharmacy in medical field is unpredictable. Because to treat a disease condition medicine support is necessary. A registered pharmacist is one who compound and dispense medicine to patient. The also participate in formulation process in pharmaceutical industries. The syllabus cover almost all area of pharmacy. One of my suggestion is to include hospital training hours.

Placement Experience:

The college has a very prominent placement cell that provides special training in soft skills , logical skills, conduct mock interviews and also provide mentorship for students. Many pharmaceutical industries, clinical trial companies and retail pharmacy chains have conducted placement drives in Amrita. A package of 5-7 lakhs per annum is offered by most of the companies. The placement percentage is not up to the mark. I personaly plan to go abroad for pursuing my higher studies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum had so many unnecessary subjects that had no connection with our courses like psychology, zoology etc. They could have avoided that. Jewellery Designing students also had to study advanced minerology . Which in my opinion was a bit unnecessary. Apart from that i learnt to improve my drawing and rendering skills. Learnt about new types and also the history of jewellery Designing. Tools and Machinery used.
