Remarks

Because I got seat in first round and I am interested in computer science so I have taken that course actually my cousin studied in this college so I love to join this college and during college selection I have given first preference to bgsit itself

Course Curriculum Overview

Teaching was not that much good we don't have much experienced lecturer in my point of view yogaprakash sir was very good teacher and he teaches very well. Our course syllabus was heavy to study for exams

Class Size: 74Course Fees: INR 56000 per year

Placement Experience

In my college very reputed company came for placements like wipro,tcs,tech mahindra,Infosys etc. and we have very good opportunity in our college we can build our skills with the help of placement department we can compete with many other college students also

College Events

In our college many events are conducted like cultural, technical and some fun fests,in technical competition we can participate in group.they will conduct hackothon where we can participate in group and coding compitition we have to participate in single and in cultural activities we can participate in group

Every year we get scholarship called vidyasiri and it is government scholarship and college helps us to apply for that scholarship

Campus Life

Our college has very good infrastructure in sports, wifi,and in library also we have very good equiped lab also.we get good wifi conectivity from our college and sports facility also we get coaching for sports and all

Hostel Facilities

Hostel was not good in food and in cleaning also we don't have good infrastructure some times we don't have hot water for bathing purpose sometimes we get insects in food also it is very harmful for health also

Good College with Supportive Faculty and Decent Placements

Placement Experience:

Placements at RNS Institute of Technology are good. Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th or 7th semester. Many companies visit the college, including IT and core companies. Some of the common recruiters include TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, and a few core companies for EEE. The average package is around 3 to 5 LPA, and higher packages are also offered for top-performing students. The highest package can go much higher depending on the company. Around 70–80% of students get placed, mainly in IT roles. For EEE students, core placements are limited, but there are good opportunities in software roles. The college also provides training and support for placements. After completing my degree, I plan to get placed in a good company and build my career.

Good learning experience with Decent Internships opportunities

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college is decent, wiyh around 90% of students are getting placed. Students usually become eligible for placement in their final year and the college provides internships opportunities before that, which helps in gaining experience. Many companies visit to campus mainly from marketing and sales, along with some roles in HR and operations. The number of offer is good but option for finance and analytic are comparatively limited.

Placement Experience:

Most of the students get placed from the campus placements. Students get eligible for campus placements from the fifth semester. Companies like HP, Infosys, Wipro come for recruiting and make offers from 3L per annum to 30 L per annum. Around 70 percent of the students get placed through campus placement. I plan on working for a dream company after completing my degree.

Life at IISc- Pros and Cons

Placement Experience:

Most of the students after completing four years, continue to stay here to get Masters degree after one more year and pursue PhD from world renowned institutions. Very few people (<7/100) per batch will sit for campus placements and most of them will be selected with a good annual package of 30000 at an average. Some students, mostly Physocs majors can give government exams like ICRB, GATE to join ISRO and BARC as scientists
