Remarks

I am thinking to join in bangalore only for so i applied in bangalore.Then i got this college ,and we visited this college once, i felt happy by seeing the environment and i thought education might also be good,but education is really very good.

course is very nice and its very useful. faculty is very co-operative and supportive in educational aspects.Our HOD is also very good supportive.

Class Size: 24Course Fees: INR 85500 per year

there placement training in our college. and placements are provided . our college will commanise so many programs for placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

we can get a qualified education in less cost.there are many scholarship and also campus selection.

Campus Life

in our college they will celebrate annual fest and college life is very good. our campus is ful of greenery.

A Brief Review of My College (New Horizon College of Engineering)

Course Curriculum Overview:

Our college (NHCE) is affiliated to VTU but it's autonomous college. I like mechanical engineering and my father is also a mechanical engineer which inspired me to mechanical engineering. It is a bit outdated, expect more applications of the concepts. As I said we have exams every month, the frequency is good and the difficulty of exams I mid to easy range.

Experience at new horizon.

Placement Experience:

From 4th semester onwards students are eligible for the placement. Alots of companies like VISA,IBM,Accenture etc2 visited our college. The highest package recorded as of 2023 was from VISA offering 32.2 lakhs. 90 percent of the students get placed. After I get my degree I will work for awhile in the corporate world and starting up my own business on the side.

Placement Experience:

Many top MNC's come to the college. Recently the placement opportunities has increased when compared to our batchs.Companies like TCS, Wipro, IBM, Infosys, SLK, Mphasis etc had given us the opportunity. The average package offer was 3.5lpa or 4lpa. The highest package known to me was 10lpa for a CS student not for us. The placements begins either at the end of 6th sem or in the beginning of 7th sem. Almost 60-70% of us were placed by the end of graduation but due to recession the onboarding was very late. Waited for more than a year to get onboarded.
