Remarks

It's very popular,has a teaching experience trailing back almost 300+ years.MCC is Asia's largest manmade forest. And college is situated in that.Its vibrant with flora and fauna.MCC is heaven on earth.I loved Economics the most during school days.

Course Curriculum Overview

My course curriculum was updated ths time also. Best thing is that we have professors to teach all these updated curriculum. We even have Game theory subject during the 2nd sem itself. All my professors are good.

Class Size: 72Course Fees: INR 42000 per year

There are many notable alumnis from Madras Christian College starting from the former President of India S.Radhakrishnan to currently film fame Roshan Matthew

College Events

MCC holds the most number of events that is almost 44+ events every year. We can participate for all the departments events also which is 33 in number. The biggest event conducted is 3 days Deepwoods where students from all over India participate with everyday special performances

Fees and Financial Aid

There are many scholarships that are available by the college and also for particular departments. Both by the government and by old students and we'll wishers are available

Campus Life

MCC is known for sports facilities, it has hostel facilities. Wifi is available only in the library which contains infinite number of books. Lab facilities are also available for all the departments

Hostel Facilities

There are 3 for boys and 3 for girls. It's very nice. For boys there's only single rooms available. For girls there's 3 sharing.One room has students from all 3 years and may include PG students. There's no fan in any of the hostels. We need to bring another pedestal fan. It's moderately difficult to get college hostel. There are many other paying guests and hostel facilities around college.

Placement Experience:

top tech companies will come to our campus for replacement some of them are Amazon, JP Morgan, TCS, cognizant according to our skill level, they will choose before applying for any company. And the average placement they offer is 7-10 LPA. You should pass some exams in our college, which is held by our placement cell, so those are pretty much annoying nearly 10 exams they will put just for applying for each company.

Life in CMC

Placement Experience:

The students in their internship will get around 35000 per month excluding their mess fees, they have the option to opt out of the mess. And once they finish their internship they had to do two years bond in places where the colleges allot them and the salary for those two years will be decided by the place the person goes and itll be definitely more than what they get during internship.

At least 6 companies come for the campus placement like tech Mahendra, TCS, and manufacturing companies like sakthi auto-complete, tata motors, etc. They placed a minimum of 150000 per aum. The percentage of students getting placements is 30%. Get a job in a reputed company.

A view on recent days MCC

First there is no test admission it purely based on your cut off mark and first come first serve. The factors that made me choose Madras Christian College were it's tradition and culture, in mcc we have rich culture and traditions which took places throughout the year, I get to know about this from my brother. A life in MCC

I have a applied up to 8 college and I got selected from all the 8 colleges First one Guru Nanak Second one Vivekananda College Third MCC Fourth Loyola Thomas College Sixth dgv 7th Hindustan College And SRM ramapuram I have choose the MCC College because it has good amount of surroundings and and good amount of environment which are useful for the people who are studying there and they have different types of cultures and people all over from India you studying in the college. Nmcc there are 70% of the people are from Kerala on 30% from Chennai. So colleges good campus interview on teaching skills on speaking skills and kind hearted person.
