Remarks

This college is good for mechanical engineering it ranks 5th in pune.there placement are also good.many students has been selected out of india for the job.also this college gives us opportunity to many other activities

Course Curriculum Overview

As i m mechanical engineers the syllabus is change since our batch.and the faculty is cooperative with the new syllabus as well.so we don't find any difficulty to study.it becomes easy for us to grasp the new syllabus

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 3364 per year

Placement and jobs are good.as far i have heard from my seniors.this college do provide many job opportunities to us

Campus life is good.like not that much exciting.as its my 2nd year.college doesn't held any co curricular activities like other college does which kind of makes it boring campus life, but yes college do celebrate the annual day

Infrastructure is not so good.as our campus is small,it apparently consist of college buildings, library, workshops, auditorium as auditorium is not that big,and hostel buildings,hostel building is not that good

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Placement cell is quite good. Students are eligible for placement in their last semester of course. There are many great companies that come like JP MORGAN, EY, KPMG. Average package of the college is 5-6 lacs but there are high packages according to the skills of the student. I'd like to go for master's after BMS. Different kind of roles are there for students to apply according to their interests in all the fields like finance, marketing, HR, consulting. There is training provided by the college for placemens and there is personal training for individual company interviews if required by students.

I chose this college because this college is very reputed in Pune for engineering specially electrical engineering. Admission process - You should apply through CAP process to get admission in this college. MHTCET + JEE, both scores can get you admitted in this college as there is also an all India quota. After the CAP processes are completed, you can also attend it's spot round as they are also conducted in a very systematic manner. Why this college over others? This is one of the top colleges In pune. This was the reason for me to choose this college. Comparing pvg with colleges like aissms, dy patil, modern, and many more pvg is far better in terms of placements. Didn't had the marks required to get to other colleges like vit viit pict coep pccoe etc so I choose pvg. I got a confirmed admission for keystone college but it is worse that pvg so I chose pvg. To get admission in pvg college you need to fill a form of cet. Mht cet is one of these examples. If you have passed 12th standard then apply for mht cet.
