Remarks

Research exposure and Return on investment is good there. 100% teachers are phd scholars and the brand name of indian institute will always be there with the student being in iiitm. Also we will have better exposure for computer science students

It's updated just after the indian institute of technology changes it's curriculum without any delay which is very good because Indian institute of information technology and management follows the curriculum of top institutes of india that is indian institute of technology.

It's above 95% overall placement. Along with some government companies like State bank of india etc For the internship as well as the final placement procedures

College Events

Everything looks good rest we will experience after joining the campus life as now online classes are going on. A big campus along with 168 acre land and 60%of it's area is well constructed. Every room is neet and clean and cleans on a daily basis. Also each hostel having is having it's own warden along with a single chief warden.

Fees and Financial Aid

No I don't have any idea regarding scholarship as of now because we never got any chance for the scholarship tests and etc If it will have any scholarship then it will be after joining the classroom in campus. Indian institute of information technology and management is government owned college and it's fee is already very less as compare to other private colleges. So it's not that focusing on scholarship.

Campus Life

It's well equipped. There are 3 boys hostel and 1 girls hostel with well furnished (bed, water cooler, table, chair, mess - well equipped with healthy food) and along with reading room, computer labs in each hostels etc facilities with single capacity rooms

Placement Experience:

After 3rd year onwards I think the students are eligible for campus placements. And till now around 90 companies have visited this campus and highest package till now is 70 LPA and average package is 7 LPA. Around 1500 students every year get placed from this campus. And my plans after the degree is either landing in a high paying job or staring with my own startup.

About placement, I would say companies used to visit. If a person is serious and want to grow then he has the opportunity to face the FAAN companies only if he has scored the gpa above 9 in whole 8 semsters.

In my collge Students typically become eligible to participate in campus recruitment drives from the 7th Semester(start of the 4th year).However , the collge starts preparation much earlier through Campus Recruitment Training(CRT) and soft skills classes, which often begin as early as the 1st and 2nd emester to ensure students are industry-ready. Total Offers:For the 2024-2025 cycle,the institute reported over 300 to 450+ offers across various branches. Key Companies: IT/Software:TCS(Top recruiter), Infosys , Wipro , Capgemini , Cognizant ,HCL , Accenture, Cisco , Tech Mahindra Netlink ,Jaro education , Logical Softtech , KD provission , Kadel labs , Blueflames and many more. Total Companies Visited: Over 200+ companies (including 150+ core companies). The salary trends vary significantly between on-campus mass recruitment and off-campus offers. Verage package 5.0 - 9.0 LPA. Approximately 75% to 84% of eligible students get placed.The CSE and IT branches see the highest success rates(often 80%+), while core branches like Mechanical and Civil focuses more on the core companies placements. I got an offer at cognizant during my college so currently I am not looking for the higher studies.

Placement Experience:

The placement procedure in PIMR is effective and good. The institute placement cell lays great emphasis on the overall placement process and inviting companies in the college. The students are eligible to sit at placements from 3rd semester. There is rarely any company that visited the institute and haven't made any offer to the students. The highest package offered this year is of 20LPA, with average package being almost 5LPA. Almost 80% of the tsudents were able to secure offer letters at the end of their degree.

my rank in jee mains was 18600 in which i didnt get any good branch (cs it) in good nit or iiit in JOSAA. Then in CSAB 1st round i got iiit jabalpur ece and in 2nd round i got iiitm gwalior it+mba). Well equipped infrastructure and decent placements

The other colleges that I applied to were: IIIT Lucknow in which i was getting B.Tech in computer science and some private colleges.
