Remarks

This NIT is among the top 5 NITs and better than some of the IITs. Many big companies visit here and hire students. Very nice campus and environment. Really great faculty and other staff as they are very friendly.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum needs to be updated regularly because what they teach is old subjects and topics which needs to be upgraded. Some of the faculty members are very good and supportive. Regular industrial visits are conducted thus providing industrial exposure.

Class Size: 39Course Fees: INR 300000 per year

Placement Experience

Placement depends on your skills as many companies do visit the campus. In the last couple of years, almost 80% students got jobs in top companies while many of the students opt for further studies. Avg salary offered is around 7.5lpa

College Events

Many technical events like hackathons are conducted on a regular basis. A 30hour hackathon was recently conducted. Technical fests like IEEEday and Robotics day are held. Annual fest is also conducted.

Campus Life

The infrastructure is very good with air-conditioners in every classroom. High tech labs with equipped machines are available. There are big sports ground for games and exercise. Lots of eateries are present inside the campus.

Our college is the best option if you can't get good IITs or NITs and the research culture is excellent.

Placement Experience:

The placement scenario is excellent which is responsibly managed by the Head of the Department. Almost 95% of the students got placed with decent salary packages in MNC ranges between 8-9 LPA. For cooperatives and milk plants, the salary package offered ranges between 5-6 LPA. I choose this college cause, I am interested in this branch and I don't have any prior interest in any particular colleges, in this college I am getting the particular branch I am interested in,while there are few colleges which are providing me same branch but they have some limitations like there infrastructure is bad or crowd is not that wonderful like here people are generous and motivated you can't find the same everywhere. For admission we have to give jee mains exam and then have to participate in jossa counselling you have to get around 99 percentile to get same branch in which I am while for some categories this can vary....Read More

Reality of NIT kurukshetra

I took this college because the nit kurukshetra is one of top college in India for engeenering. I also applied dtu and i also get it in but not cs breach which is my priority. I also want to go iit but i am able to qualified the jee advance.
