Remarks

The course which i opted was Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning along with the CSE main course stream. I literally loved this course, it was something, I was really interested in. Also, the placement opportunities in this college are good and this was the second factor which drove my attention towards this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is good. I mean the courses that they offer are really good. Only thing is that, all facuties are not good. Like, in every university, there are some good faculties and some not that good. So, at the end, you have to study on your own and do the hard work. Some faculties are good, they really guide us well. Also, it depends on your engagement with them. Academics is also good.

Our college has a tie up with 605 companies. So, you have to work hard and obviously you'll get placed. Companies like, infosys, microsoft etc. do come in our college.

College Events

It was good. Everything is active and as the college has completed only 3 years, there are less students as compared to other colleges. But, I'm sure it would increase in the upcoming days. Cheers.

Campus Life

There are good sports facillities. Intramurals are conducted every semester. So, you have to go ahead and participate. Also, if you perform good, chances are they will take you to the inter-college competitions. They provide Wi-Fi in the college and hostel, but on the way from college to hostel,you will have to use your data. Size of library is quite good. They are still under construction. Equipments in lab are also in good number. Also, they are trying to increase it day by day.

In BCA it's the tech companies and companies which needs data scientists are the ones which provide us jobs and jobs of highest calibre are provided to us. Like for BCA comapnies like Intel, Wipro and others provides us 4-5 lakhs salary and one student even got 12 lakhs package who was pursuing BBA.

so in our college 1st year we have 2 semesters and n 2nd year we have 3 semesters and in 3rd year we have 3 semesters so 8 semesters already get completed and students are eligible to sit in placement from 3rd year . You can get internships in 3rd year as well if you have good grades and you are ready to grind . Talking about companies that visit for placements are Delloite , JP morgan Palo alto, De shaw and Co. My plan is to just have good gpa and get job asap

Placement Experience:

there are not much chances of placement as the student strength has increased drastically, students become eligible for placement from 3rd year, also as per the documentations there are more than 12z companies like hcltech, microsoft etc but not every documentation is correct so the chances of getting placed at campus is significantly low so i am planning to pursue higher studies and opting for gate

other college i applied were vssut , jaypee noida , cutr, silicon but i choose vit bhopal because i wanted to study outside my state and bhopal was closer . So admission process is you have to give an exam called vitee and to get in to vit bhopal in category you gotta have rank under 45K to study in cse core branch and for AIML branch you need rank under 55K and for studying in Cyber security and cloud computing it should be under 70K . if you get anything above 70k its hard to land in a good cse branch under category 1 fees....Read More
