Remarks

I chose VIT Bhopal because it has a brand name of VIT Bhopal as well as placements are central for all campuses. Also in my college VIT bhopal, faculty is 100% doctoral. It gives us the flexibility to choose our own timetable and our own faculty.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course is up to date. I like all the subjects as well as electives available. For computer science students there are many options available for specialization.like Cyber Security, AI and ML as well as gaming.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 195000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Not yet. I'm interested in interning next year. In big tech giants.

College has been opened since last 3 years only so placement stats have not come up yet. However we are working really hard for placements. MCA have got up to 10 lakhs salary package. im looking forward to my placements.

College Events

Extra curricular are nice and they are open to all participants but campus life is very monotonous.There are many restrictions for girls. Our cultural tests happens in match for 5 days.It is a wonderful experience.

Fees and Financial Aid

No there are no scholarship facilities available. But there are some loan facilities available. Those are affiliated with State bank as well as Indian bank. State board toppers come under the category of STAR students and they are given scholarship opportunity as well.

Wifi is very high speed and gives good connectivity. However you can only connect 2 devices into that.Library is big enough however most of studies are done online. Sports room is available in campus and in both hostels too. Free gyms are also available.

I live in girls hostel. There are 5 floors. And each floor has separate washrooms. Options for rooms are: 1 bed, 2 bed, 3bed, 4 bed, 6 bunker bedIn boys hostel: 2, 4, 6, 8 options are availableBoth AC as well as Non Ac options are thereHostels are easy to get into.

In BCA it's the tech companies and companies which needs data scientists are the ones which provide us jobs and jobs of highest calibre are provided to us. Like for BCA comapnies like Intel, Wipro and others provides us 4-5 lakhs salary and one student even got 12 lakhs package who was pursuing BBA.

Placement Experience:

so in our college 1st year we have 2 semesters and n 2nd year we have 3 semesters and in 3rd year we have 3 semesters so 8 semesters already get completed and students are eligible to sit in placement from 3rd year . You can get internships in 3rd year as well if you have good grades and you are ready to grind . Talking about companies that visit for placements are Delloite , JP morgan Palo alto, De shaw and Co. My plan is to just have good gpa and get job asap

other college i applied were vssut , jaypee noida , cutr, silicon but i choose vit bhopal because i wanted to study outside my state and bhopal was closer . So admission process is you have to give an exam called vitee and to get in to vit bhopal in category you gotta have rank under 45K to study in cse core branch and for AIML branch you need rank under 55K and for studying in Cyber security and cloud computing it should be under 70K . if you get anything above 70k its hard to land in a good cse branch under category 1 fees....Read More
