It drove me to take admission because it's best college in my hometown The thing which I like about this college is faculties and opportunities.I opted this course because it is the best pre course for MBA

Yes it is accurately updated not good because some of the subjects are missing Yes it provides us with industrial exposure I have no such name of faculty but yes it's has good faculty.Overall it provide us with an average facilities

It doesn't provide us with more job opportunities coz it's undergraduation but I anybody will yess it gives opprotunities and experience,It provide internships which are pretty good and decent, There are no such placements after completion but yes when can take our internships as full time.

College Events

In technicality it's average Cultural event actually happens pretty well and big for about 2-3 days which give opportunities to every type of talent Events are pretty big and participation are really appreciative

Campus Life

Everything is good but WiFi facility is poorSports facilities are good a big space is provided for itThere r 2-3 library which are pretty good in size and books are also available Labs are well equipped.

My Low Budget College life in Master at St. Xavier's College Ranchi

Placement Experience:

Our college does offer campus placements from 4th semester onwards. The companies visiting our college our mostly industry based hiring for the position of assistant and trainee for short term then after that fixed placement in that company after completing the given role. Companies such as Jindal stell, Glenmark, Tata Chemicals, Sun Pharma, etc. they do provide there on test and if we pass the test then they do a walk in interview. if we pass the interview then we were offered a role of assistant or trainee under the annual package ranging from 3 - 4.5L P.A.

Placement Experience:

From 7th sem onwards students are able to face placements. Comapnies such as ZS, Deloite AB in bev microsoft visa comes here and normally takes 1-3 students. The highest package may vary from 40-50 lakhs and average is 4-5 lakhs. Internships opportunities are quite low here. In chemical enginnering only till now out of 120 students 20-30 got placed including out of campus palcements. I am hoping to do mba after pursuing the degree as there is less comapny visit for core branches.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum of the college is very good and well-structured. Teaching at the college is excellent, and students are taught various skills such as tailoring and gardening. Different types of co-curricular activities are conducted, through which student-teachers are taught many useful and practical skills. Gardening is taught, and co-curricular activities help students learn extra work beyond academics. There is NSS work and social work as well. Overall, the curriculum is very good, and the teachers there fully focus on ensuring that students stay focused on their curriculum and give their best.

Placement Experience:

Students can get placement from there 5th semester and if they perform well in the company they get internship they will get placement in there only. Many companies visits but some famous companies are Reliance, Byju's, Ujjivan,Justdial, Tcs and mamy more. Planetspark is the company which gave highest package of 8lac rs to a student. Student without backlog gets placement easily. I am planning to do a job and save some mony and do my pg so that i could get better opportunities in jobs.

I choose St. Xavier's College college over any other college because of it's name (brand) plus it does regular classes and completes it's syllabus on time compared to other colleges who doesn't provide regular classes and never completes their syllabus never on time is a different matter but the whole syllabus never gets covered and most of it is left out. I am comparing it to the Ranchi College, ranchi which is under Ranchi University name as it never does regular classes and never completes it syllabus, it has no proper faculties for each subject, don't do any other extra curriculum activities hardly ever does any practical classes plus there is no internship opportunities....Read More

The best collage in ranchi

I had applied for the Doctor Shyama Prasad Mukherjee University Ranchi. And i got selected there also but i found st xavier's college ranchi is better then that college as this is autonomous applied new education policy of fourth year graduation. I didn't get rejection as i had filled only this two college in ranchi for bachelor's degree. Pris and cons of St Xavier's
