Remarks

Amity university, Noida is a place where one can pursue their multifaceted talents along with academics like dance, drama, swimming, literature or poetry, fashion walks, scholarly talks, paper presentations. Now this helped me in improving my personality because of the amazing exposure which I got there.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Amity Noida has great educators, with vast knowledge which they share to us. Amity made me capable of writing good research papers, presenting it on a big scale and also I experienced big success like my research paper getting selected as a chapter in a prestigious course book of history, it was all possible because of my professors support and guidance there. Also the 80-85% student crowd is also good and very talented. There's also option for exchange programs so you get to learn new things from a nice mix of people from all over the world. They also provide opportunity to learn foreign languages like Chinese, French, Arabic, Spanish and German etc. Well, life is quite hard here too as thers lot of submissions like NTCC projects.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, I interned in National Museum, New Delhi for a year, as an assistant researcher for art and culture. I filled a form which I got from their online site for internship, gave a written test and then was called for an interview and got selected for internship.

Placement Experience

3.5

For my program mostly NGOs approached. But quite good companies visit the campus for other programs and the placement rate is good. Yes, there are few batchmates who are successfully running their startups.

College Events

5

It's wonderful place with great facilities so that one can pursue their multifaceted talents like dance, drama, swimming, literature or poetry, fashion walks, scholarly talks, paper presentations. There was cultural clubs. On the cultural side of things, fests are awesome here with great arrangements and crowd is pretty good.

Fees and Financial Aid

I scored good in my semester exam and got scholarship for the next semester, so if you score more than 9 cgpa in a 40+ students class then you get scholarship accordingly. Also students who scores more than 85-90% in 12th board, gets scholarship on admission.

Campus Life

5

Theres huge library of 2 floors with huge collection of books and also a mini CCD inside it. The campus has huge sports field, sangathan the sports meet is held every year. Food cafeteria included dominos, dosa plaza, mama Mia, subway etc and the mess food was amazing, there was salon as well as super market inside campus with subsidised prices. Each student was allowed to connect any two of their gadgets with the campus wifi which had pretty good speed with great connectivity. I also resided in Amity H-6 hostel for 2 years of my course, surely the hostel gave home away from home feeling.

Hostel Facilities

5

I opted for AC hostel, it was in flat system each room had 4 rooms for four girls each inside and a mini refrigerator, sofa in common hall and a bathroom and a toilet. There was a common Tv room with beds on each floor. Hostel was amazing gave the home away from home feeling. There's gym and swimming pool and also laundry service for free.

Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith - [MGKVP], Bachelor of Arts [BA] (Education)
Reviewed on Feb 17, 2026(Enrolled 2023)

Course Curriculum Overview:

The BA curriculum in my college at Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith (MGKVP) for the 2025–2026 academic year is structured under the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, making it academically comprehensive but traditionally theoretical. It follows a six-semester system that offers a wide range of subjects, from core Humanities (History, Political Science, Hindi) to modern electives and Vocational courses (e.g., Nutrition, Yoga, or Digital Literacy), providing students with a multidisciplinary framework. In terms of relevance, the syllabus is exceptionally well-suited for students aiming for government services and competitive exams (UPSC/UPPSC), as the depth of social science subjects mirrors the state and national civil service patterns. However, its professional comprehensiveness is lower; while the curriculum includes internal assessments, presentations, and project work to build soft skills, the actual delivery remains focused on rote learning and theory rather than industry-ready practical training. Consequently, the course is highly relevant for an academic or administrative career path but requires significant self-supplementation (internships or external skill-building) for those seeking immediate roles in the private sector.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Honestly speaking I don't like the curriculum of my college. Everything is same which people studied 20 years ago . Only few things has been changed and I don't understand why we need to study about things which don't have any existence in reality. They should focus on current tech and provide more learning opportunities in AI.
