Remarks

One of the A grade NAAC certified college by mg University with best class teaching and also they fuel up students in other extra curriculam activities,like sports, arts etc.The college is abig campus with all new facilities,go on.

The syllabus are all updated to the recent updates.All are best, teachers are profound and friendly, Each of them are best in their teachings,they support us in all throughout studies. Subin sir was one of the good faculty.

First semester we have internship in hotels or travel industry according to our choice

Placement Experience

There is no placement by the college,but the companies will find us because the course offered in college is less in kerala. The travel and tourism is best and we can find jobs world wide and mainly and most the jobs are available outiside kerala

College Events

It was the best, we enjoyed it very much,best in class as an MTA student we have one or more tours in every semesters which we enjoyed very much. And college arts,sports,farewell all was best moment we enjoyed.

Sports is one of best there,the college promote cricket,softball,volleyball and football mainly and all other individual games also if the students are intrested.library is ahuge one where students can take books using college identiy card, labs are new and with full facilities are there

Course Curriculum Overview:

Data Science is a rising field in computer science. It has lots of oppurtunities in todays world and easy compared to other fields, which made me choose data science. The curriculum consist of various computer programming languages including Python, R and so on which are vital in the field of data science. There are also experienced faculties for teaching of the programming languages. I personally felt that lab hours are not adequate and also the available hours are also not properly utitlised by some teachers. At the end of each semester we have exams and results are published soon as the exams are over, no lagging compared to other universitites.

Placement Experience:

we are eligible for placement from the 7th sem. Many famous and small compines vist our college. Infosys, WIPRO, TCS vist our college. But the big companies take only few student. Highest package was 1,00,000. And the average package is around 4,00,000. Almost all students gets placed from the campus .

My Experience at NIT Calicut

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the EEE course curriculum around 8-8.5 /10 in terms of relevance.The curriculum provides strong fundamentals in core electrical engineering subjects and prepares students well for core jobs and higher studies.The course curriculum was revised in 2023, and our batch is the 1st batch under the new curriculum. however, there are still limited coding ,AI and data science subjects in EEE ,which could be improved. Exams are conducted times per semester and are generally moderately difficult.

I took admission here cause its nearby, i took a drop after completing 12 th and went to tvm. So when i comeback wanted to stay in home so i opt a nearby college. I only applied here. Simple admission process register through the portal and you will be informed that you are selected or not. If selected you will go visit the office and the department with your documents and will pay the fees. If you didn't get selected but adamant about getting selected there like me since i donot want to go far, you will took seat in the management giving 75000.12 th marks are the basis of selection. A Proper College for Proper Sports snd Proper Studies

The NAAC accreditation of this college was A++, which is really outstanding. The sports facilities are also good. I had also got admission in Henry Baker College, Melukavu. But that college was pretty small, I felt it didn't suit me.. I got admission in Catholicate college in the second round of seat allotment. I had put CCP as the first option.
