Remarks

Reputed university and is famous for medical education and exposure to clinical experience and also top 10 universities in india so I choose this university.And also this course offers wide range of clinical experience and management experience.

Course Curriculum Overview

UGC approved campus and also syllabus was from UGC driven, and has provided sufficient public exposure and also this college gets some national projects as a part of our curriculum we are the part of that projects

Class Size: 22Course Fees: INR 90000 per year

Placement Experience

I don't know about this but our seniors had got placed in govt sector as epidemiologist and public health expertsThis college will provide a good placement offers and reputation of the college is useful to get placed

College Events

So many cultural events are happening every year which we participate in so many activities like football badminton tournament and cricket, and also dance competitions, and some activities like dance rooms cooking rooms etc.

Campus Life

Very good infrastructure with WiFi enabled and digital library along with Central library with more than 2000 volumes and also having department library also. Each department have their own laboratory

Facility is very qualified. Faculties from IIM are also there. They are very friendly. They gives us extra support and mentorship after class also
College infrastructure is also good. Full of greenery amd calm environment and location is aldo good.
Placement is also good. And ROI is also good as per the fees.

Dislikes

The schedule is very hectic. And hostel timing is also short for returning.

Placement Experience:

Placements are also there 240+ recruiters come for campus placements. Average package is 8 to 9 lakhs and highest package is 17 lakh. We have Industry trajectory programme with big 4 like Kpmg GT etc

I have been from diploma background, after diploma I joined this course as later entry (direct admission to 2nd year). In diploma also, I have studied the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) course. As I know the basic concepts about this course, it is easy for me now to understand the concepts.

Faculties are highly experienced and ready to help all the time

Washrooms need to be clean and good to use especially for girls hygiene it has to be good
Hostel food is not that great and needs improvement in the quality of food

It was good professors and friendly teaching staff
Campus life is good, it provide new opportunities and has events and various clubs
Everyone here are good and friendly and is a lovely place to study

Dislikes

Hospital is far from college, which is again not an issue as they send bus service
It can give and provide more opportunities
Hostel facilities can be improved and they can build few more lecture halls

Less fees but wonderful knowledgeful experience

Particular teaching subject wise was not so clear.
Placement training courses coding wise was not that good.
Water facility sometimes was not good but it was ok nothing to dislike

Placement Experience:

1. From 7th semester onwards placement activities start. But from 1st semester itself they start training. 2. Windcare, Rinexx, Wipro, Infosys, A1 fence, Microdegree, Intellipath and so on. 3. Intellipath offers 10 lakh per annum and so on. 4. 85 percent students where getting placed. 5. To start my own venture.

Best location of college in the silicon valley of India

Campus area of the college is less than expexted
Conditions of hostels and mess is not good
Teachers and professors are not good in explaining concepts to students

Placement Experience:

From the end of 6th semester students become eligible for campus placemets.Many companies visit the campus including Oracle, UI path, etc offering students interships and full time jobs.The highest package offered to the student is 50 lakh per annum from UI Path and the average package of CSE branch is around 10lakh. Nearly 93% of students are placed in various companies.My plans after graduation is to grab a good on campus placement and look forward to my other goals in my life.

An honest review

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I'm in 1st semester. I will update you after my exams. But one good thing is that from this year, internals and externals will hold same weightage i.e., 50/50 If you can score more than 45% in internals which wouldn't be that big of a deal because they'll ask most the questions from class notes. Most of the faculties are average I would say. But some are good professors too. I chose CSE because I find these topics interesting since junior school. And everyone is just jumping into cse is a reason too lol.

I choose this college over other colleges, there are various reasons some of them are due its campus placements, due to the infrastructure of the university and also its various options of having various coarses, faculty focusing on each students individually. If we compare my college with other colleges it is better in the campus space the maintenance of hostel accommodations and various tech facilities. Colleges which I applied were not as good as to this. You can online apply to the college or the through personally. There will be interview before the admission. I applied to Manipal institute, yenopaya medical college manglore and dayanand sagar university other than jss college I received confirmed admission from yenopaya and dayanand. The admission process of our college is you can either apply it online or through offline you have both option. The eligibility is you have to get 75 percent above in both sslc and 2nd puc exams. JSSMC: The Good, the Bad and the Ugly

I applied to the following colleges apart from JSSMC:- JNMC, Belgavi MS Ramaiah, Bengaluru Amrita School of Medicine, Kochi and Faridabad KMC, Manipal and KMC Mangalore Tata-Manipal, Jamshedpur Jamia Humdard, New Delhi As per my NEET Rank I had gotten admission in JNMC, Amrita (both Kochi as well as Faridabad), MS Ramaiah and Tata Manipal. I chose JSS Medical College, Mysore because it had 1) a good NIRF Rank 2) It was near Bengaluru (where my aunt lives) 3) It had excellent patient flow I didn't take admission in JNMC as it was not near Banglore, Amrita, Faridabad was new and Kochi one was really expensive, same with MS Ramaiah and Tata-Manipal had a bad review when I asked the students who were studying there In my college you can take admission by clearing the college cut-off in the NEET exam (which varies every year) and then you can opt for All India Counselling on the MCC and apply for allotment for a seat in Management Quota....Read More
