MSM college kayamkulam kerala is one of the reputed college affiliated to kerala university. It has a tremendous infrastructure and also experienced faculty members. The main good thing that has impressive is it's value education. Each and every faculty in MSM is well educated and also have their years of experience in the teaching field. I chose BA English language & Literature because of the academic excellence of the department.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose BA English language and literature. Because the department has the best faculty members. Many of them have Doctorate and also few of them are Phd scholars. The pattern of the curriculum is semester based and the examinations are comparatively easy to pass.
Placement Experience
There is a placement cell in our college but unfortunately it's performance is poor. In the B.com department has a better placement record.
Fees and Financial Aid
In government quotas, the fees is very affordable and it's just under 5000 per year.which is purely merit based. Then there is also community quotas which is based on state OBC lists. And finally the management quotas is there and it cost around 1 lakh as a donation fee and the other fees are common to all category.
Campus Life
In our college, there is annual arts fest and sports meet are in every year. The winners will get the opportunity to participate in the university level competitions. MSM has a very big library with a number of books related to the subjects and also general books from english, hindi, arabic and malayalam literature too. Then there is also National service scheme, National cadet corps, Tourism clubs, Nature clubs etc.. Campus life in MSM is tremendous.
