Course Curriculum Overview

This is a vocational course of 3 years. You read about management in firms. In this course You know about principles of management, business organisation, organisational behaviour, managerial economics and business mathematics. It will help you to analyse the business administration process.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 30000 per year

Placement is average. According to previous placements I don't think that any good placement are available here.

College Events

Induction meeting, savan mahotsav, independence day, janmashtmi, saraswati puja, republic day, children's day, teacher's day, holi, foundation day, winter fest, sports day, farewell, welcome party, saminar, bihar diwas, ncc event's, diwali. College celebrate every festival

Fee Structure And Facilities

Total fee of three years cource is almost 54000. Ist year's fee is 32000, after that fee of second year is 17000 & in third year it is nearly 15000. Every year a college trip are arranged, you have to pay extra for it according to trips Nature ie day & destination.

I don't get any of them. I don't get any scholarships or any loan for this course because am able to pay all my fees by my own

Campus Life

It is a woman's college that is the best part of college. You feel free here. College had all facilities available here. Gym, game, music, libraries, biology laboratory, chemistry laboratory, physics laboratory, all arrangements for physical education.

Hostel Facilities

Good hostel facility. There are 4 hostels in this college. They will provide you hostel when you apply for it. All hotels are built near bank of Ganga river & I think hostels are cheap too. Food & room is ok ok type.

Alumni will help you throughout your college journey if you need it. Some of them are very helpful & friendly.

Admission

At first you have to fill form, then intrance exam will be taken, after that a interview will be taken, on the basis of both intrance exam and interview, a merit list is prepared with the help of number scored in both exams. After that you can get admission in the college.

The students of last movement of 6th semester or almost 7 semester are eligible for campus placement. Many reputed companies have visited the college for campus placement, recently The MRF tyres have visited. They have no of openings but they have their own selection process like written test, Personal Interview, Group Discussion. They select the students on these basis. The highest package was 10 LPA offered by JSW steel pvt ltd, and the average package is 5 LPA . Almost 30 to 40 percent of students got placed before their degree completion. Most of the companies offered Graduate Engineer Trainee Post.

One Of the Best college of Bihar . After IIT Patna and NIT Patna . Top 3rd college of Bihar .

Placement Experience:

For placement there is seperate Building, that place and cell . From 3rd year of college everyone can apply for placement. For IT many companies visiting like Wipro , TCS, and may more . But for Civil Engineering there is lack of opportunities for getting placed .

Overall experience review

Course Curriculum Overview:

Faculty members are very cooperative as per my experience. They were nice and helped me alot in a lot of procedure and doubts. They are well qualified, ph.d in their respective fields/subject they were teaching. The teaching methods were quite good. I mean if student who read books/ do self study and who concentrate in what they saying can easily understand it. Although it was distance learning college they take classes before the examination. Exams were always took on time but because of corona the schedule was Disturbed. But now it's fine. Difficulty level of exam is quite similar to any other universities. If you study well you'll pass. But I never seen any student got 90% or above atleast not from my commerce stream.

PWC is a powerful college!

Admission are based on 12th scores and let me tell you that they aren't easy at all. Firstly it's a minority college and therefore Christian reservations are 20% and so cut-off for non Christian students hits 90 mark every year. PWC is a marquee institute!!

I applied for DU and LSR or no DU was my plan. I couldn't get LSR and in other colleges I was getting the branches which i didn't wanted and therefore I took admission in PWC. It's a great college and cut-offs are hoght. No entrance through like DU and therefore for students who have done their HSC sincerely can get admission here easily....Read More

Patna Women's College is best example of Empowerment!!

Admission are granted on 12th cut-offs like for Bihar State Board the cut off was 82 and for CBSE board it was 89 for our course. So this is the process as college forms are out in May after the 12th results.
