Remarks

College management is really good. Things are handled way nicely. Our problems are being attended on time. Students, Infrastructure, and academics all are nice. We also have separate swimming pools and gym for boys and girls. Respect is given to everybody equally and if anything wrong happens, matters are looking into and strict actions are taken against students.

Course Curriculum Overview

In a semester 3 exams are being held. Exams are held fairly. We have to maintain a moderate attendance to not to get debarred. The curriculum is designed to give us the specific knowledge we need regarding our subject. We are taught subjects that may help us in securing on-campus placements.

Placement Experience

4.5

Amazon, Goldman Spaces, Adobe, Infosys, Buy Hatke, Deloitte, etc. such companies have visited the campus for the placements. The college provides info on the placements and internship. There is a strict policy regarding placements. Procedure for placement generally includes a coding round/test followed by an interview (technical and HR).

College Events

4.5

There are numerous technical and cultural events in our college. First, we have an ebullience for the first year for their welcome. That is mostly attended by the first years. Then we have a literature fest in our college that is quite big over NCR. Students from other colleges come to participate in it. In mid-October we hold ethnic night for college students as a traditional day, it is only for college students. People dance and have fun. In January we MUN in our college that is attended by students of different colleges. It takes around a month to do prep for it. And then at the end of February, we have our annual fest attended by mostly college students and special guests come for the performance. It's a two-day program. Besides all this, many tech events happen all year regarding subjects. Every subject holds a conference where the speaker comes from different parts of the world.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Its little bit expensive. Our college accepts both offline and online mode of fee payment. No additional fees are paid in order to sexure an admission in our course. The college provides transparency in the fee breakdown. It provide all the details regarding it.

Fees and Financial Aid

College offers scholarship opportunities to those students who score highest in their respective semesters.

Campus Life

The Gender Ratio is moderate. There are a lot of co circular activities in our college. From drama society to debating society we have everything. Annual sports meet is also conducted in our college. It's an anti-ragging college. Ragging is strictly prohibited. There is no discrimination in our college on the basis of gender, ethnicity, race, religion, or anything. Rules are the same for everyone. The economic status of most students is high.

Hostel Facilities

Yes, I am a hosteller. Rooms are shared between two students. The quality of the room is average, we have automatic air conditioners in our room. The washrooms are sanitized regularly. There are 4 washrooms that are being shared by 16 students. In our room, we have a balcony, a cupboard, a table/chair, and a drawer to store our things. There are enough benches in our hostel to sit in an open area if we want to. We aren't allowed to go out of the hostel after 10 pm in the night. We get three-course meals in mess: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Random checking happens in the hostel to make sure nobody is doing something wrong. Our college has a nice environment with studies and co-circular activities, both are balanced equally.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni/Seniors of college are helpful. Guide you with various things, whether it's placements advice or sharing their experiences regarding a thing, they are up for it.

Admission

One of the known colleges of NCR. It was near to my home so we have already thought about this place. Some relatives recommended the college and the admission procedure was on the basis of JEE Mains. To get a better idea of college we visited it once before admission. The people there explain all the procedures regarding admission and there was no doubt in that. Counseling was held and on the basis of rank, the course was given. There was also an option of waitlist where the students can get the choice of their course if and only if a seat was vacant. After admission, there was 7 days orientation program where we got tour of the college and get to know basic things about college. Our classes were shown to us by faculty and rules were explained to us.

Faculty

3.5

We have mostly teachers who have done doctorate in their respective fields. Teachers are really helpful here. They give their 100% to teach us, random assignments and quizzes are being held for better knowledge. According to credit, the number of lectures depends. For a particular course, we have 60 lectures in a semester. Labs are there for providing better practical knowledge. We perform our experiment by own. The teacher helps us but we perform it own. Materials are given to us and we make circuits on a breadboard and take readings for a particular experiment.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose B.Tech CSE course as I am interested in Computer and Coding. Don't go behind the trend. Choose the course according to your interest. Every course and specialization is difficult in its own. Personally I suggest if you took addmission and you are in 1st semester, please focus on your studies. Don't kept roaming and bunking classes as 75% attendance is also necessary.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is Totally academic level which is easy to moderate There are only one or two coding subjects which is done in form of workshops The overall syllabus is good but old and is related to aktu syllabus which needs a change and won't help in technical field a lot Curriculum is still moderate and easy to clear but still some students are back and detained due to less attendance Which is the biggest issue in this college that is 85% u can only take 6-7 holidays in a semester which is so less and two three holiday will let u detained in sessionals which will overall decrease the internal marks in your overall cgpa of college

Course Curriculum Overview:

The subjects like ITC, COI influenced me as why they are in the curriculum they don't provide any skills for the engineering students. Students also studies these subjects in one day and give exam and they forget these subjects add no importance in the curriculum. There are subjects like acquiring buisness communication which helps us to improve our conversation skills confidence that is helpful in the future while interviews. The improvement in the subjects which is not useful for engineering and to increase more things which helps us in coding make us skill good. The frequency and timings of exams are quite tough there are consecutive classes along sessional exams student always stressed and the attendance is also higher so the student can't also take leave for his own mentality stability and to relax . The difficulty is quite high .

Our curriculum gets better from this year as so many changes occur due to college become autonomous Like a better coding platform bought by college for student i.e. CODETANTRA and some subjects of 2nd year introduced in the 1st year like COLD and DSTL , Promoting students to participate in Hackathon by mailing to the students about each and every big or small hackathon . Giving them free attendance for that thing . The frequency of exams are about 20 days .
