My college

College management only cares about the money. In conclusion don't take admission in my college. Plz try other private colleges and even there take detailed review from a former student.

The curriculum is relevant to the field but lacks practical knowledge. We need to write lot of assignment ie there lot if copy paste written work and less of practical knowledge. The curriculum needs us to have 75% attendance compulsory but we don't get attendance for pursuing outside exams and competitive races and workshops.

Placement of our college is very bad only the top 2% get job placements others all are jobless unless u try externally. Our college also does provide internships we have to search them on our own.

We have one event in a year which is combination of cultural, technical and sports event. The budget provided is very less but they take a lot of fees. The management is filled with politics and corruption. The events are very small. Lectures encourage to study for exams than attending events. Many students bunk the events.

The fees are very huge 1. 25 lacks much more than what placement pays. The fee structure is not feasible we have to pay all the amount at once and we have to pay a huge tuition fees. Additional charges are there for the university exams. All mode of payment are accepted like cheque and NEFT. The college does provide transparency in fee breakdown only on special request.

I did not avail any scholarship or education loan but it is available by filling offline form and only students with good marks and bad financial background are selected.

Campus life sucks there no proper canteen or ground. Gender ratio is bad college is only filled with boys. Labs are outdated and there are no sports competition except some technical events which are also not good. No student parties. There are some student societies like English and drama and singing groups. There is less tolerance to other genders, ethnicity, race, religion. Sexual orientation other than normal is directly expelled.

The alumni mostly get jobs after pursuing education abroad. The don't like the college but praise some teachers. Seniors are very helpful in guiding but we have never interacted with alumni.

I scored terrible in the entrance examination but still it had the course I wanted and college was within my merit. We have online admission process where we list 15 colleges from our preference order wise and then a college is allotted according to our merit. After my college is allotted I had do the formal form filling and fee payment by visiting the college.

The number of lecturers are around 20. The average age is around 35. Some have completed there PhD s whereas some only btech or even master in teaching. Many lectures lack proper command over English language. Lectures hold many industry related experience and mostly brag about it. Lectures are expert in their subjects but are confined by time, exams and curriculum.
