Remarks

50% of students were placed in my course. Salary: the highest - 20000, Average - 18000, No internship available for the mathematics department.Infrastructure: As part of the mathematics department, there is no need for labs and Wi-Fi. Good Classroom and library are available. If required students can avail the Wi-Fi with charges. Hostel's overall performance is good but food and medical facilities can be improved to make the students stay comfortable.Faculty: Teachers are helpful and qualified but the techniques of teaching can be more effective to understand the concepts. Few teachers are not knowledgeable they just share what is there in books Course Curriculum is relevant but most of the concepts are not used in all the industries.Other: I like numerical paper than theoretical. More job opportunities are available for this course. Course can be improved in such a way to have more application orientated class and project classes. All kind of extracurricular activities are available in our college.

Course Curriculum Overview

In my college the course structure are excellent, they have some extra curriculum activity also like Excursion in the Geographical areas and we do the field report on that area also done the research on their rehabilitation culture and professionalism. This things help me out get proper research works in my future studies

Placement Experience

3.5

According to students' reviews, our College placements are rated 4.3 stars by the alumni of the institute, which is a fair number for a state-level university.

Fees and Financial Aid

1) Government Scholarships for BC / MBC / SC / ST communities are provided.2) Management Scholarships are available on merit-cum-means basis.3) Children of missionaries/pastors/ evangelists will be given special consideration.

Campus Life

The college is a haven for diversity in everything. We have numerous clubs like debate club, quiz club etc. They encourage the participation of students and inculcate skills. Sport is compulsory for one year in UG where the students have a variety of options to choose from. It is a girls college so zero gender ratio

Hostel Facilities

The college has an in-campus small hostel with limited seats for outstation students. Compared to the other hostel this is one of the best hostels which I am staying. Fees were reasonable per Every nook and corner of the city has a women's hostel these days. It is with pride that we can say that the women christian Hostels are a 'Home away from Home'. Residents find it a comfortable and secure place and fondly call it their second home.

Alumni/Alumna

Inauguration of Grid Connected Photo Voltaic Solar Power Plant given to Women?s Christian College by Sri Sovandeb Chattopadhya, Hon?ble Minister of Power and NES, Govt of West Bengal. Sm. Alokananda Ray, acclaimed choreographer, danseuse and social worker graced the occasion with her ennobling presence

Admission

I got the form for admission when I had fulfill the criteria of percentage of marks in 12th Standard, After completing the admission form, I had to sit for the entrance exam, where i had to get proper percentage of mark to get the admission in the above mentioned college

Faculty

2

All the faculty are very good and well qualified, In my course we have 10 professors all are done their doctorate ( PHD) in their professional field, The faculties are in enough number and they all are very well experienced holding doctorate. Some are very good at teaching and there will be few staff who are newbies who doesn't know how to manage or teach where we get to Learn ourselves. But the staffs will be very friendly and approachable some are very partial which we have to deal with.

Course Curriculum Overview:

h The course curriculum was on the key factory the influenced by decision to join this program it of her strong foundation core subject will also including activity emerging are which elegant with my career interest to curriculum was mandatory compassion balancing theory with practice through labs and mini projects however its relevance to Delaware adapts and could be improved so subject hold outs dated on leak industry integration technique methods were mostly lecture based and belief in protein more quasi and oxygen projectivity is learning outcomes Around 10 to 15 percent of students typically struggle to clear an odd two subjects especially in the second year The making scheme followed in 50s to 50 split between internal and external assignments which helps balance performance over all the curriculum leads Solid Academy foundation but need modernization to better prefer students for enabling industry demand and higher study

Placement Experience:

Placements depends on your skills Usually there is a compulsory internship at the end of 3rd year If you didnt get it via college you should do it from outside but its compulsory And at the end of 4th year you get placement. Placemeng isnt 100% . If you have the skill you will get placed thats the criteria.many people say you are in IIT your life is sorted .but that aint the reality

Completely relevant. As the college is autonomous it has its own syllabus. Which matches with the net gate jam exam syllabus. When someone came our college for seminar they strange that we know this much. Exam are quite difficult in 2 months interval.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The university is MAKAUT so the curriculum is up to the mark. I liked Programming so I chose B.TECH in CSE. The curriculum is very basic in terms of practical world problem though they are building blocks, but you need to do the extra bit of work to qualify for the real world scenarios. I think more mandatory projects integrated with current set of skills would be a cherry on top. Exams are very frequent like every 3-4 months there is a semester exam and they are moderately difficult.
