Remarks

My university have best coaching and better placement and being a nature lover I wanted to choose karunya for it's environment and safety for girls. It has good lab facilities, well trained teachers and best in encouraging students to study and create new projects. My sister was an alumni got to know about the college in detail to her. So I gave my entrance and got through it.

Course Curriculum Overview

I studied ECE i.e. Electronics and communication engineering. Syllabus was appropriate and advanced. We are supposed to choose our subjects which is indeed a good option so we can take subjects based on our area of interest.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 1200000 per year

Placement Experience

Every year college gets all the top MNC'S like Infosys, Wipro, TCS etc. For my department we got appreciable number of core companies coming in. Karunya's alumni network is good. I have completed my college two years back and still I'm getting mails from alumni cell regarding job opportunities.

College Events

Campus life in karunya is the best. Professors in my department especially are technically very strong. Karunya respects and celebrates every festival. They give more importance to christian festivals since that is a christian minority institution. They encourage everyone for cultural participation.

Campus Life

Karunya is well known for it's infrastructure. Karunya focuses on preserving ecosystem. Maintainace of the college environment is perfect. It have well equipped lab facilities Infact for Media they have one of the best labs in India. They have good wifi facilities. Karunya encourages students with both academic and sports. They conduct inter-college event called EVANGILINE MEMORIAL TOURNAMENT every single year.

Placement Experience:

Final year students are eligible for campus interview. No companies were visited due to corona. Average package is 2 to 3 lakhs per annum. 20 to 30% students get placement. Definitely went to the job for improving my knowledge.

Beyond the classes: My College Experience

Placement Experience:

Our college is well known for its placements. Almost many MNC companies like Amazon,TCS, visit our college and recruit the top performing students.Students are instructed to do 30 days of internship in remote,hybrid or industrial online before their 6th semester.During the 7th semester, students become eligible to attend the placements. The highes package offered previous year was 21 lakhs per annum and the average package is around 5 lakh per annum. Here students receive 3 options 1. Placement 2. Masters 3. Government Exams . As far off noe, 98%percentage of students who opt for placements get placed. I want to get placed after finishing my degree.
