Remarks

The college in which I am studying right now is near my home. One more reason, my elder sister had done her graduation from this college, so if some problem arises my elder sister can handle it. This is also a girl's college so it's safe

Course Curriculum Overview

It's absolutely okay with the course. I don't know about other courses but I took up Psychology and the teaching faculty in this college is really very good. They teach us with great guidance. They cover up the syllabus on time and they take regular tests.

Class Size: 85Course Fees: INR 800 per year

Internships Opportunities

I am now doing my internship in a company called Emonition as a PR. After 4months when my intership will be done I will get an e-certificate for my working experience with them and after that if they like my work then they will offer me a joining letter to work with them. They will pay me around 2000Rs per month

After graduating we have to do Masters degree. Now there are many fields in psychology. Different subjects have different criteria. Like if someone opts for Counselling Psychology then after doing Masters degree they have to do a 6months course after that he or she will get a registration number with which he or she can open a chamber. That means he or she is now eligible for counselling.

Our college doesn't hold much festivals which requires a big amount but yes whenever they hold any party or something as such they don't take any money from us. The union arrange it with their own money.

Fees and Financial Aid

No I haven't availed for any kind of scolarship or loan as I am already pursuing one honours course. I don't even know about any such course.

Placement Experience:

from 6/7 th semester onwards students become eligible for campus placements. Infosys visited with around 22-23 offers , Cognizant visited with arount 15-16 offers , TCS visited with several offers(not sure how many) , that's it the big names. Apart from these small startups and companies visited too. Highest package offered was 11lpa by TCS , 9.6lpa by infosys, 6.48lpa by Cognizant. Profiles were ASE in TCS , PAT in CTS , SET in Infosys. The percentage of students placed was less arount 30-40% , mostly because the curriculum lacks placement prep. I have joined Cognizant as a Programmer Analyst Trainee after graduating .

Actually this is a general degree University , so I must mention that placement facalities are not so good. But yes , Job Fair is organised in University by some external agencies which offer jobs varying 2-2.5 lakhs per annum . But in the university most of the students do not accept that jobs. Half of the students are more interested on the higher studies. So ahet completing the fourth semester they prepare for PhD. And the another half are preparing for central government sponsored exams like CGL, CHSL, RRB, SBI , IBPS, LIC etc. University has a significant number of students who have qualified for Government Competitive exams.

A holistic experience: my journey at CFI college of Law

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'd say the BBA LLB curriculam si quite relevent and comprehensive. the blend of business management and legal studies really made me choose this course because it gives a holistic understanding of both fields. The curriculum is pretty practical and prepares us well for real- world applications like internships and moot courts and also sets a strong foundation dor further studies in law. In term of Imporvements i think the curruculum could benefit from more interactive workshops and practical training sessions and somtimes a bit more hands on experience and indusry exposure help bridge the gap between thoery and practice. Regarding exams, I find the frequency and timing are well balanced. the semester exams come at a good pace and whike some subjects can be challenging they are definately manageable with consisnent study.
